O4 is a lab experiment who was taken in by Nexus Corp. He acts as a sibling figure to O2, being her primary caretaker when he can.
Voice Description: Tired, Raspy (from radiation), Sarcastic.

O3 is a lab experiment who was taken in by Nexus Corp. He is extremely rebellious and often tries to escape. He wants to save all of the experiments. He plays a minor role in the series.
Voice Description: Tired, Androgynous (slightly more fem leaning tho), Pretty monotone (unless the script says otherwise.)
