Need a modder

What I need is not easy(at least I doubt it is, I guess someone with tons of talent might find it easy). I need someone who knows exactly what dragon ball xenoverse 2 is and exactly how to mod it. Specifically with adding custom characters into it. Shinku from Neverness to Everness is the character. If anyone who sees this is not able to do it but does know someone who is able to do it then go ahead and let em know about this project. My discord is on my account. THIS IS NOT PAID. I am only 18(just graduated in June), and I haven't had much luck getting a job so being paid isn't an option. I am willing to talk to you about payment IF and only IF you are willing to compromise/not be paid money. This is a mod made by whoever wants to make it, not by me. I am unable to mod Dragon ball xenoverse 2 as I am still trying to figure it out. I'm not asking for a unique moveset mod, just a mod that puts Shinku in as a unique character. This is someone else's mod. However they aren't active anymore so I can't try to commission them. If multiple people work with you, such as for bones or somethin else, then make sure you let me know and make sure they know they're appreciated. This project will indeed be severely appreciated by me as Shinku is my favorite Neverness to Everness character and I've been absolutely loving Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2. I figured why not see if anyone is willing to put Shinku into it.
