This is a character that is crushed by Mt. Lady . The second part of the line is him panicking before he is crushed. Feel free to go off the script a little if it helps you to be more panicked, but keep it very short.
Hey look! It's Mt. La- Oh God wait! AHHHH!
This character is panicked and truly worried for Deku's safty. He is also yelling to a crowd of people to make sure you are projecting your voice.
If someone doesn't step in that poor child id gonna die!
