My Hero Academia Abridged: Episode 1
Project Overview
From The Hero Association comes yet another superhero anime abridged series, My Hero Academia Abridged. This series intends on playing off of the same wit and style of humor from our One Punch Man Abridged while heading in a more serious, reflective, and meta direction. This casting call is for the first episode, and more private casting calls will be put up for subsequent episodes.

Born without a quirk, Izuku's time in the series is spent trying to climb his way through life into becoming an hero like his idol All Might. His personality is that of a socially awkward teenager. His voice should lean on the mid-to-high range and have an aura of innocence.
[Optimistic and self-confident] It doesn't matter if I don't have a quirk. I'm going to do my best to be a hero anyway!
[Terrified, on the verge of sobbing] Is this how it ends? Getting tentacled by this giant sludge man? I can't die just yet. Somebody- Anybody- Please save me!

Bakugou is number one. This fact is apparent both through his badass quirk and his skills in using sad badass quirk. As such, Bakugou's personality is that of an egoist. He frequently gets frustrated with his lesser classmates and associates, expressing an uncontested rage within the series. His voice should be towards the middle range, and while his voice is often depicted with a scratchy quality to reflect his aggression, nailing the personality is a higher priority than the scratchiness of his voice.
[Pissed] Okay Deku. What did I tell you about placing your quirkless ass in MY seat? ... GET UP ALREADY!
[Calm, bragging] Listen, the difference between me and you is that you choose to pretend that you can actually amount to something. And me, I don't need to make up fantasies to know how great I am.

All Might is the hero everyone deserves. Except when he isn't. In which case he is a scrawny looking man whose head seems too big for their body. This is due to the power of his One-For-All quirk, which body provides his body with the power it needs to be a true hero, while also taking its toll as well. Muscle Form All Might should have a booming deep-mid voice reflective of a classic Superman. True Form All Might is a different story, wherein his voice simply needs to heavily contrast his Muscle Form voice. Go wild with his True Form voice, though the particular voice I envision in my head is something gravelly and mid-range.
[Muscle Form: Heroic and triumphant] Worry not, dear citizens. I, All Might, am here to rescue you! Hahaha~!
[True Form: Annoyed] Listen kid, not gonna lie but you are kinda interrupting my meal here. And as much as I'm sure you don't care about ruining people's meals, I'm not exactly the type of person whose meal you want to ruin.

The mother of a quirkless son. Her demeanor is that of self-guilt, as her not being able to give her son the ability he wants in order to become a hero tears her up. This shows in her gradual change of weight over the years, but should also be apparent in her voice. Inko is a worried mother, and therefore should sound very emotional. Her range should be somewhere between mid-to-high, so long as you are able to convey emotions well.
[Concerned] Doctor, are you positive he won't be able to have a quirk. Yes I understand that you have told me this several times already, but I just want to be absolutely positive of it.
[Sobbing] I'm sorry Deku... b-but... You can't become a hero.
[Casual] Oh? You're off to school already? Well good luck on your exam then. I love you!
He's a sludge tentacle villain. What more can I say? Try to sound demonic, though more than likely audio filters will be placed over the raw audio anyhow.
[Maliciously sadistic] Ooh~?! A newcomer? Welcome to the party. Are you old enough for this experience, kiddo? Don't worry. I won't tell anyone if you aren't. Heh heh heh.
[Worried] All Might? Damnit did I grab your kid or something? Ugh I guess the jig is up. Prepare yourself, hero!
