We are a small indie production studio with a passion for writing, creation, and expressing the innerworkings of the mind, valuing teamwork, promotion, diversity and transparency. Ideas can hit like a train, choo choooo. Most of our projects are anime inspired at this time.
MMP is seeking talent in all areas. Please follow us and keep up to date! We mainly work on original projects. We are working on audio dramas, animatics, and shorts. It's all a process.

Please know we do not have quick deadlines. As most of the work right now is currently unpaid and we have a few projects going at once. Longer projects have longer deadlines. Here is what you will receive after joining our team:

We have reopened this casting call to request a cowriter for our VN in the works. Artists are on standby. If you know a coder, we'd love their help as well! Note that this is still unpaid, but you'll be featured on our website and IMDB depending on your role.
EXTENSION FOR MUSICIANS AND AUDIO/SOUND AT THIS TIME.
The support is really appreciated. We have gotten a couple artists from this CC for different things, even though we were only looking for a character artist. We found a fitting one to match our needs and budget for a visual novel game and a future series/game/unsure that is being written.
After discovering our main sound designer can use RPG maker, we are now making Little Dungeon, a chibi short series, into an episodic game instead due to the way it was to be formatted. This is easier and fun for all. If we haven't seen your pixel art, feel free to share! A practice VN is also in the works for the director that is learning simple coding to expand the future of our content, and we will be reaching out later for background art.

Thank you so much for sending your auditions. We can't choose all of you sadly. Wish we had the budget for it. One or two people will come on the team as long term artists for our projects. You'll be featured on our website and we hope to get this paid off soon and make portfolio for our staff.

Hello! Just wanting to let artists that audition know that we are mainly posting to look for someone that is dependable and has the ability to meet our needs. Commission rates can be discussed. CCC posting had changed to "flat rate per hour" as a mistake.
There are many new musicians on this website just wanting to put their sound somewhere. Let's work together. If we don't find you fitting for our projects, we'd love to try and recommend you somewhere. Please respond with a link to your portfolio. Audio engineers are currently unpaid at this time. As we get our projects going, our funds are ultimately low, and we have a pretty good audio team already, but there is always room for more.
One assignment is assigned until completion. Deadlines are decently long due to working on multiple projects.

You are not expected to have your own sound banks, however, most engineers come with their own materials and equipment.

We have short and long projects. It depends on your skills and availability.
You ARE expected to come with your own sound banks and music that is royalty free and usable. We do have our own and can provide these as well as direction, but you should come with your own materials for the most part. Sound Designer Mentorship is unavailable at this time.

We have a small art team full of paid and unpaid artists. Currently, we are seeking 2 artists to assist with different characters/assets. We mainly are using static images in our visual projects. You will be assigned one job at a time as we have them.... We are currently going with flat coloring/simple shading to minimize cost.
Don't care at all about your software or device you use. Art is so convenient because nowadays, your studio can be wherever you are. New artists needing advice? We may be able to set you up some workshops with our artists.
**PLEASE NOTE PAY IS $1-30 PER IMAGE DEPENDING. WE DO NOT PAY PER HOUR AND COMMISSION WILL BE DISCUSSED.**

We have multiple projects and are in need of editors for various things. This is our main need. Due to not having video editors, we have had to stick with a lot of audio work.
JOBS YOU MAY HELP WITH:
- YT Shorts once in a while promotion for various projects
- If able, editing full episodes of our visual anime audio drama, I Faked Love With A Sorceress, So She Gave Me Boobies! (vn set up with light animation, effects) roughly 27 min.
- If able, editing on full episodes of our visual chibi series, Little Dungeon. (Hiatus due to no editor available; 8-15min, YT cartoon with vn or ff set up + turn based fighting, light animation and static images)
- visual trailer creation for YT
Audio is normally cleaned, edited, and mixed before giving to the video editor.
We would love for you to have appropriate workspaces for this with your own effects. We will give you the art assets to work with for the most part. Deadlines are far off for longer projects. Currently only have two video editors on our team available for longer work.
