Project Overview
Muted is a webtoon comic written and drawn by Miranda Mundt. It is described as follows, on the full moon of her 21st year, the young witch, Camille Severin, is expected to perform the traditional ritual to summon forth a winged demon for her family’s success and prosperity. But when the ritual goes wrong, it reveals the terrifying truths about herself and the secrets that threaten to tear her family apart. More characters will be added soon! Also, I am already playing the part of Nyra Dupre, so she will not be on here as a role you can audition for!

Camille is a young witch who struggles with herself and keeping a positive mentality as she navigates through her life.
“No one knows who we are here. It’s too busy for them to care. I find that peaceful.”
“Everyone is so certain I can do this. This ritual...This wish.”
“I guess I’m...kind of nervous. You know? About a giant bird demon...coming out of...the ground.”
Her childhood friend and cousin is Camille Severin. She is often influenced by her mother but Camille enhances Avaline’s true self instead of her mother’s shadow.
“Ugh. This place is just as musty as I remember.”
“Peaceful?? This area is crawling with witches from other families.”
“Honestly, I’m just excited to wish for a rich husband so I can finally leave home. Right? I’m sure you feel the same way.”
She’s the aunt of Camille and the mother of Avaline. She is obsessed with maintaining family values and traditions but is abusive toward Camille and Avaline.
“This is the last time you get to go and run off on your own! So I hope it was worth it.”
“Well...I’m glad to see you are so confident in your abilities that you don’t think that you have to listen to me anymore.”
“I will leave any witch behind who cannot properly complete her summoning ritual.”

Once a member of the Eloi family, she was possessed by a demon contracted to hunt Camille.
“Speaking of truths...Perhaps the vision in my cards can give you some sense of peace, Camille.”
“We know many things...Here. I could help with all those doubts of yours...And secrets.”
“You can feel it, can’t you? That something is...different?”
She is a flower demon summoned by Camille in the Severin greenhouse. Cheerful and upbeat, she helps Camille cope with her trauma and practice her Leroux magic. She develops a crush on Camille.
“Yes! It worked! It actually worked! They said I was foolish to keep wishing but here I am!”
“Oooh I wish I could see their faces right now! I bet they feel pretty dang foolish.”
“And I must say, you are more beautiful than I imagined.”
She is the caretaker of the Severin mansion in the swampland and second cousin to Camille and Avaline Severin. Her familiar is a crow named Soot, who keeps an eye on Camille because Silvia worries about her.
“Hello, Camille. How you’ve grown. It’s been a very long time since you all made your way out here.”
“She might still be brainwashed by her mother to treat those outside the Severin family like bugs under her feet. But she still cares about you.”
“In all seriousness, we came here to talk to you about something serious. And to apologize for our actions.”
