MusicTale- An Undertale Musical
Project Overview
As the title would suggest, this is a musical centering around Undertale, the popular video game made by Toby Fox. This project has been running for a while- here is the link to the original casting call. As you can see, we have recently changed directors. Kurai will still be working very closely on the project, they are simply stepping down from the primary role of power. If you do not see a character on this audition sheet, they have already been cast. If you have any questions about characters or just questions in general about auditions, please feel free to send me a message and I would be happy to answer! Also if you see that someone has a call back, you can still audition! Just because someone has a call back does not mean that the role is set for them, it just means we would like to hear a bit more from them.
To audition, these things are required:
A decent microphone
A Discord
A space with minimal background noise to record in
Knowledge of the Pacifist and Genocide routes in Undertale

Mettaton is a robot who is portrayed as extremely vain and arrogant. He's sassy and confident, and I'm looking for someone that can pull off that sort of attitude. Mettaton has a relatively deep voice as well so make sure you have the deep, sassy, robo voice.
(sultry, almost a purr) Oh yes!
(confident) Face it darling! You cannot even begin to come close to the talent I have in one elegant finger!

Gaster is quite a monotonous character, so a deep, smooth, controlled voice is needed. The voice should also be very serious.
(serious, in a whisper) It is quite impolite to speak about someone while they are listening, you know.
(booming) I am the man who speaks in hands, the very essence of the void.

Undyne is the short-tempered gay captain of the royal guard. Her voice is low, relatively gruff, and loud, but it must be feminine. Her voice is serious in some situations but light-hearted towards the end in interactions with the player.
(loud and angry) Nyaaaaaagh! I'll get you, punk!

The ones that put the videos together. They will be composed in a fashion similar to other fan-made video game musicals, with editors adding in lyrics, SFX, and syncing the audio and artwork. Send in at least two (no maximum limit) examples of editing, preferably with at least one as a comic dub or a musical video that fits the above requirements,

These are the ones that sync the cast members' submitted recordings of vocals with the instrumental and with the other cast members. Send in at least three (no maximum limit) examples of your mixing- a solo piece, a duet piece, and a chorus piece.
