THIS CASTING CALL CONTAINS SPOILERS FOR MIRACULOUS SEASON 4
This is a casting call for Miraculous Dubs. Miraculous Dubs is an Instagram account which will be regularly posting Miraculous Ladybug related memes dubbed over by our voice talent.
So far, I've listed a good number of the main characters and kwamis, but I may add more as required. The initial deadline is set to May 4th, but this is not a hard deadline as this is planned to be a longterm for fun project.
If casted, you will be given access to the staff section of our Discord server, where we will be organising the memes you'll be assigned to record, and where we can get to know each other. You will also be required to provide your Instagram username so I can credit you.
It will be expected that you record at least a few of your assigned memes each month, but there is no real strict pacing. Not everyone will have memes to dub all the time, since some characters are difficult to find memes for.
Rules:
1. You must have Discord and be 13+. This is to comply with Discord's terms of service.
2. Please have an understanding of the show and the character you're auditioning for. I'd prefer to work with fellow fans.
3. When recording your audition, please do not have any background noise. Include up to three takes in AAABBBCCC format. Particularly for the Miraculous holders, please pay attention to the name before each line so you know how to perform the line.

I'll be doing the bulk of it, but I need someone to help me edit memes and lines together. At the very least for each meme, you just need to combine the image with the audio and add the account's Instagram username somewhere on the meme. It would be great if you can add music or additional sound and visual effects, but it is not necessary. For your application, just show me a sample of your editing work.

I need someone to come up with some jokes and memes related to the characters, especially for those that are forgotten by the fandom. For your application, I just need some sort of proof that you know the show well, and are good at making clever jokes.

The secondary protagonist of the show. The version of himself he shows to the public is sweet and gentle, but when he is with Plagg or his friends, or transformed as Cat Noir, he is very outgoing and chaotic. When he is akumatised, he becomes Cat Blanc and Ephemeral. Please try to sound similar to Bryce Papenbrook's portrayal of him in the show.
Also, please audition for Felix if you can, as I'd prefer to have them played by the same actor.

Alya is Marinette's mature and supportive best friend. She runs the Ladyblog, and assists Ladybug as Rena Rouge, Rena Furtive and Scarabella. When she is akumatised, she becomes Rena Rage, Lady Wifi and Oblivio. Please try to sound similar to Carrie Keranen's portrayal of her in the show.
Alya: I'm gonna have to break it to you because I'm the only one who can. THIS IS TOTALLY INSANE!
Rena Rouge: Really? You're gonna give me Ladybug's phone number?
Lady Wifi: Everyone thinks the girl beneath the Ladybug costume is a little angel. Think again, people! The real Ladybug is... Chloé Bourgeois, everyone!
Nino is Adrien's fun-loving and enthusiastic best friend. He is a DJ, and assists Ladybug as Carapace. When he is akumatised, he becomes Shell Shock, The Bubbler, Rocketear and Oblivio. Please try to sound similar to Ben Diskin's portrayal of him in seasons 1-3 of the show.
Nino: Yeah, that right. Look, I know you don't want Adrien to have a party, but it's his birthday, dude-I mean, sir. It's all he wants.
Carapace: Rena! Shell-ter!
Rocketear: Cat Noir! You stole my Alya from me! I'm going to steal your life from you!
Chloe is the class bully and spoiled rich girl of Paris. She is self-centred, but manages to overcome herself for a while and assists Ladybug as Queen Bee. When she is akumatised, she becomes Antibug, Queen Wasp, Miracle Queen, Queen Banana and Penalteam. Please try to sound similar to Selah Victor's portrayal of her in the show.
Chloe: Mylène's sweater is too ugly, Nate draws like a 2-year-old, Alya is useless and Marinette is ridiculous, utterly ridiculous!
Queen Bee: You're going to regret underestimating me, you despicable bird! What would happen if I took this from you?
Miracle Queen: You were once Ladybug and Cat Noir's minions, but from now on, you will be Miracle Queen's royal guard!
Luka is Juleka's calm and empathetic twin brother and Marinette's former love interest. He is a musician, and assists Ladybug as Viperion. When he is akumatised, he becomes Silencer and Truth. Please try to sound similar to Andrew Russel's portrayal of him in the show.
Luka: Quite the opposite, actually. Once I got over the shock, it helped me to get to know them better, and liked them even more.
Viperion: I'm sorry, Ladybug, but this isn't the right moment yet! Second Chance!
Truth: My name is Luka Couffaine and I have the right to know the truth! Are you or are you not my father?!
Max is Kim’s best friend, and the creator of Markov. He is highly intelligent, and assists Ladybug as Pegasus. When he is akumatised, he becomes Gamer. Please try to sound similar to Ben Diskin's portrayal of him in the show.
Max: It's too early mom! The official documents said 11 a.m., you'll get them during the train ride.
Pegasus: Pardon me, sir. I promise to return it after Paris is saved!

Kagami is Adrien’s fencing rival and his former love interest. She is very straightforward and assertive, and assists Ladybug as Ryuko. When she is akumatised, she becomes Riposte, Oni-Chan and Lies. Please try to sound similar to Faye Mata's portrayal of her in the show.
Kagami: Since you're both so weak, I mean sensitive, you understand him best and could him be happy again.
Ryuko: Your daughter is nearby, ma'am. She'll be here soon.
Oni-Chan: You're an awesome actress, but you're lying. Your horn betrays you, see? It will only disappear once you've sincerely given up on Adrien.
Alix is Nathaniel's best friend, and one of Marinette's close friends. She is practical and selfless, and assists Ladybug as Bunnyx in the future. When she is akumatised, she becomes Time Breaker. Please try to sound similar to Kira Buckland's portrayal of her in the show.
Alix: Nathaniel is my friend. I'm not dropping him.
Bunnyx: Within the team, I am the hero of the last chance. I'm called upon when everyone else has failed, that includes you two.
Timebreaker: I needed his energy. Besides, the dude was a pain anyway with all those bets. He deserves to disappear forever. And so do you!
Kim is Max's best friend. He isn't the brightest person, but he has a big heart, and assists Ladybug as King Monkey. When he is akumatised, he becomes Dark Cupid. Please try to sound similar to Grant George's portrayal of him in the show.
Kim: Is that so? What place did your cat come in at the County Athletics Tournament? I came in first place.
King Monkey: Hey, wait a sec! King Monkey loves to party too! Uproar! Eat this!
Dark Cupid: I won't stop until everyone's heart is crushed. Say adios to your loved ones. From now on, you'll hate them!
Zoe is Chloe's half sister who has recently moved from New York. She is sweet and caring, and assists Ladybug as Vesperia. When she is akumatised, she becomes Sole Crusher. Please try to sound similar to Deneen Melody's portrayal of her in the show.
Zoe: At first, I– I wanted to be an actress. I'm good at acting. Then I found myself acting all the time, playing these different roles trying to please everyone, until I couldn't do it anymore.

Sole Crusher: The student has become the master, Chloé, and now, I'm going to crush you!
Mylene is one of Marinette's friends, and is dating Ivan. She is timid and easily frightened, but manages to overcome her weaknesses to assist Ladybug as Polymouse. When she is akumatised, she becomes Horrificator. Please try to sound similar to Jessica Gee-George's portrayal of her in the show.
Mylene: There's no shame in being afraid, Marinette. I'm scared, too, of the dark, of humidity, of germs, and even mice!

Rose is one of Marinette's close friends, and is implied to be dating Juleka. She is optimistic and compassionate, and assists Ladybug as Pigella. When she is akumatised, she becomes Princess Fragrance. Please try to sound similar to Reba Buhr's portrayal of her in the show.
Rose: You guys mean so much to me too. And you're right, we never say it to each other enough. Oh, what an awesome way to start the day.
Pigella: It's not the problems that matter but how you get though them that counts!

Juleka is one of Marinette's close friends, and is implied to be dating Rose. She is introverted and usually very quiet, but manages to overcome her weakness to assist Ladybug as Purple Tigress. When she is akumatised, she becomes Reflekta. Please try to sound a bit clearer than Reba Buhr's portrayal of her in the show, particularly when she is mumbling.

Sabrina is Chloe's best friend. She is very loyal, and assists Ladybug as Miss Hound. When she is akumatised, she becomes Vanisher and Miraculer. Please try to sound similar to Cassandra Lee Morris's portrayal of her in the show.

Motivated by his wife's illness, he adopts the persona of the reclusive fashion designer Gabriel Agreste while he covers his schemes as Hawkmoth and neglects his son, Adrien (Cat Noir). She cares deeply for Adrien, and it saddens her that Gabriel is distancing himself from his son. She is the mastermind behind Hawkmoth's most successful plans, and tries to nurture Adrien to the best of her abilities. Please try to sound similar to Sabrina Weisz's portrayal of her in the show.
Nathalie: Gabriel would never allow me to do this, but I'm going to create a very powerful sentimonster. The most powerful one that's ever existed.
