Project Overview
Meta Nomad is set in modern-day Russia and the fairy-tale realm of Kura. The story begins when Alyona suspects her mom’s inter-realm travel has gone terribly wrong, Alyona takes it upon herself to find her mom in the realm filled with fairy-tale characters that want Alyona gone. The first episode explores the family dynamic between Alyona, her mom Ira, Babushka, and Pushok - talking cat. The show explores struggles of immigration in a way that is relatable and whimsical.
