Mermaids vs Zombies
Project Overview
Mermaids, vs Zombies is a game made by my company Braincake Productions LLC. It's a comedic drama. Or as I prefer to call it a Dramedy, about the underwater apocolypse. Or in other words underwater zombies. It centers around You the player, your friends and cousins. Trying to survive and bring down the zombies. It's very much a kids game so don't expect any violence, cursing or blood.
But it is still a zombie game so expect some dark undertones. This is an unpaying project,the game will however be sold, for freeunder the name your own price option on itch.io, and possibly for 2$ on another website.So technically its a free game.The company can't afford to pay actors as of the moment, however this will be something that you can put on a professional resume.
This game contains LGBTQIA+/MOGAI themes so if you are uncomfortable with this, then please do not audition.
This game is still in production however we’re getting voice actors at it's current point in time, because its easier to program voices as everything else is being programmed. There will be official deadlines, and scenes (context per lines) for each actor. We will keep in contact using dropbox and skype.

Princess bubbles should have a cute voice but also be able to pull off serious and or creepy expressions. She's often been compared to Feferi from Homestuck if she were a little off her rocker. She can have any accent though I prefer European or American. She's the player’s cousin.

I was...experimenting with the dead...I saw that humans were bringing their kind back to life, so I thought hey I can do that. So I stole the chemical they were using to do that...but I failed...hence this war..

Zib is an autistic mermaid. He's nonbinary and we're looking for a cartoony voice for him. He's cute, meandering and very, very silly.

A young male with anxiety. He is silly, meandering unsure of himself, and overall a fun guy. He's bisexual. So be ready to play that. He is generally cute and censear but ends up sacrificing himself for the team.

The player should have an androgenes voice that can be read as either male or female.

You see a mermaid strapped to a table, looking distressed and confused, their eyes pitch black.
What have you done?
He's your general jock. Happy, cool, and very dull witted. But he means well and cares a great deal about his freinds. Though be him a bit oblivious sometimes.
