Cut Man is one of the four main antagonists of the 1994 animated series Mega Man. He was kidnapped along with his brothers from Dr.Light's lab and reprogrammed by Dr.Wily, turning him a constant thorn in Mega Man's side

Mega Man, also known by his civilian name Rock, is the main titular character of the 1994 animated TV series Mega Man. He is the robotic son of Dr.Thomas Light and brother to Roll. Mega Man fights against his nemesis Dr.Wily, who fights him with his army of Robot Masters and vast array of vehicles.

Guts Man appeared in every episode of Ruby-Spears' Mega Man animated series, as one of Doctor Wily's main henchmen alongside Cut Man. In the cartoon, all brawn and very little in the way of brains would be the best way to describe Guts Man, who was often referred to also as "Gutsy" on the show. While Guts Man is a very strong and deadly opponent because of his immense strength and resistance, he usually finds himself on the losing side thanks to his stupidity

Roll is one of the main characters in Ruby-Spears Mega Man animated series, appearing in all episodes. She was created as a teenager in the cartoon, and her arm can transform into several home appliances, which she can use for combat. According to the first episode, she apparently adapted these attachments as weaponry herself, whilst Doctor Light was modifying Rock into Mega Man. Although usually below par in combat compared to Wily's robots, she would often fight alongside Mega Man, often defeating Robot Masters on her own. She is voiced by Robyn Ross, except for a single episode, in which she is voiced by Kathleen Barr (note that there is much debate over how many episodes Ross voiced Roll in, with some sources saying Ross and Barr alternated the role in the first season before Ross became Roll's full-time voice in the second season).

Keep your eyes open, Rush. I don't trust these guys as far as I could kick them
MegaMan's gonna need my help whether he likes it or not.
I can't believe it. My brother's a snake... (Roll realises that that Snake Man really is Mega Man)
Quick Man appeared in the episodes The Day The Moon Fell and Robo-Spider of Ruby-Spears' Mega Man animated series. Although his appearance is more-or-less exactly as he appears in the games, Quick Man's boomerangs are made of energy and he has a habit of talking very quickly.

Bass, known as Forte (フォルテ, Forute) in Japan, is a Robot Master created by Dr.Wily to imitate Mega Man's design, along with Treble, an imitation of Rush's design. He was created based on research conducted on Mega Man with the intention of surpassing his power sometime during or before the events of Mega Man 6 and made his debut in Mega Man 7. Bass is the prominent antihero of the original Mega Man series, and his goal is to become the most powerful robot in existence. Although Bass and Mega Man are rivals, at times they team up to take down mutual enemies of the two. Despite being created by Dr. Wily, Bass frequently rebels against his creator, usually for his own purposes. Bass was later succeeded by Zero, an advanced creation from Dr. Wily.

You are far too weak, Mega Man. Wily may fear you, but I do not!
I'm not the same weakling anymore! I've got new powers!
What I've fought for? That is ridiculous. I don't need a reason to fight. I have and am going to fight only to destroy Megaman!!
Ice Man makes his first appearance in the episode The Beginning, but he doesn't actually speak.
He reappears in the episode Ice Age alongside Air Man in a plot to freeze the entire city. Here, he has a major role and is depicted as being one of the more powerful Robot Masters, defeating Mega Man, Roll and Rush at least three times over the course of the episode.

In the American Mega Man TV series from Ruby-Spears, both Dr. Light and Dr. Wily created a red robot prototype. When the robot malfunctioned, Light asked Wily to destroy the plans and start over, but Wily stole the plans and used them to create Proto Man. Because of this, Proto Man is an evil robot that works for him. He has an intense rivalry with his "brother" Mega Man, wanting to be the one to defeat him, even if that means ruining Wily's plans to make sure he will be the one to get Mega Man. He considers Roll his sister as well, but although Mega Man agrees they are brothers and has admitted to wanting a friendship with him, Roll doesn't consider him her brother. Unlike his video game counterpart, Proto Man is sarcastic and prone to making light of Wily's failures, frequently showing a lack of respect for his creator despite serving him without question.

Brain Bot is the titular character of the episode Brain Bots, which also marks his only appearance. He is supposedly the smartest robot in the world. He's also the most painfully annoying robot in the world too, constantly wanting to inspect things to see how they work (which nearly turned fatal when Mega Man was transporting him in the Land Blazer)

Eddie has several appearances in Ruby Spear's Mega Man animated series, where he was voiced by Scott McNeil. His main role is to give Energy Cans to Mega Man when his energy is low, being able to store up to five of them in his head at once. In the cartoon, Eddie's color scheme was changed from red to green and he also received a small height increase in addition to a more conical-shaped head.

In the animated series, Rush looked like his game counterpart, but he was made more for comedic relief than for practical purposes. Still, he is able to help Mega Man and is mainly used as a transport, having several forms available. Rush loves to eat Battery Biscuits, which serve as a source of energy for him, and has a speech impediment, tending to pronounce most words as if they begin with an "R"
Rush is modelled after Scooby-Doo, as is evident from his goofy antics, garbled English and his love of "Battery Biscuits" (the cartoon's equivalent of "Scooby Snacks") to coerce him into performing the tasks given to or pleaded of him by the characters

In Ruby Spears' Mega Man animated series, the design of Snake Man's head and arm cannon are different. His eyes are yellow with red slitted pupils, and instead of lips his mouth is a plate that opens and closes when talking, and he often hisses when doing so. The eyes on his helmet are also different, and he has circular ears like other robots. The Search Snakes are fired as projectiles that can chew through many surfaces and objects.

Stone Man appeared in the episode "The Big Shake" from the Mega Man animated series voiced by Ian James Corlett. He has an arm cannon that fires his Power Stone instead of forming them out of his own body like he does in the game. He has no lines although he is one of the more game-design accurate portrayals featured in the show.

Dive Man appeared in the episode 20,000 Leaks under the Sea from the Mega Man animated series. He was voiced by Terry Klassen. In the cartoon, he has propellers in his feet and fires Dive Missiles from a cannon in his left arm instead of his chest. Dive Man, Wave Man, Cut Man, and Guts Man attack an undersea mine with Wily, and Mega Man tries to stop them. During the battle, a giant squid throws Dive Man into Guts Man, and they get stuck in the net Guts Man was using. Cut Man tries to free them but is stopped by Mega Man. The two eventually get free and, alongside Wave Man, attack Mega Man. Mega Man manages to drop the four robots into an underwater pit, and they retreat. They later attack the mine again, and Mega Man defeats Dive Man by sending a Dive Missile back to him with Wave Man's weapon. Dive Man has a somewhat screechy voice. He has a few differences from his game counterpart—he has red anchors on his shoulders, propellers on the bottom of his feet, and an arm cannon from which he shoots his Dive Missiles.

Rana was a Passive mob. It had no animation, so it aimlessly glided and jumped around the world in the same, still pose, and never stopped moving around. Rana, along with Beast Boy, Steve, and Black Steve acted in this identical manner. Depending on the version, upon Death, Rana would not fall over to the ground or flash red or white and appear to die, as most mobs do. It would just disappear shortly thereafter, and Drop no Items or the items it was designated to drop.

Wave Man appeared in the episode "20,000 Leaks under the Sea" from the Mega Man animated series. Other than the blue parts of his armor being a lighter color, there were few modifications to him. He is almost completely unheard (save for one impact grunt), but he was shown to have a destructive mentality, caring little about who was in his way to his goals.
