Mechanical Mayhem (Titanfall/Halo Machinima)
Project Overview
I am in need of a few character voices for a Halo 4/Titanfall machinima series called "Mechanical Mayhem". This only covers characters that appear in the PILOT episode. All of the showcased characters are long term. So please don't apply if you don't want to be part of this project for more than a few months.
Mechanical Mayhem is about a world far in the future that has achieved World Peace. Or at least that is what the propaganda says. All of Earth is under one central government's jurisdiction, the U.D.H. and is in a close treaty with a neighboring planet called Tarvos. Before the treaty, wars were fought with Droids instead of people. Now however the droids are retired and Patrol Mechs were placed in City Streets to keep the peace. Some time afterwards a new planet was discovered. The planet now named Sotra was over three times the surface area of Earth. It had no breathable gasses but the abundance of resources the planet contained was too much to ignore. The two planets decided to fight in an arena style combat for land. The event was televised and seen more as sport than war. This was known as Mechanical Mayhem. They fought with the old war droids and newly created Goliaths. Giant 2 story mechs controlled by people from orbit. These war games had people start sponsoring certain squads and teams in hopes of gaining partial ownership of any land won. It was seen as a non-consequential war. However, there is more to the planet than the U.D.H. would allow people to know.
