WELCOME TO MARI & CO
Mari & Co is a Two person worked on ARG that involves sonic characters, and the story could possibly change further in development!
What once was going to be an Arg on a lost online gaming website (Inspired by Milton Math Games & Chez Kids), is now leaning towards a new approach with inspirations taken from Sonic School house and JUMPSTART.

Note: The website can and will be updated to reflect anything new with the story including but not limited to Photos, changes in mission, pages, etc. All of this is made with HTML coding and CSS- redownloading when there's updates would need to happen to get the latest.
~Summary~Mari & Co is an old kids franchise made by SEGA Interactive before focus shifted to high thrill video games. SEGA Interactive's goal was to create video games for Kids K through 6th Grade to learn, improve, and even advance in their Main and Extra Curricular activities. Starring Maurice, Ivo, and all the other lovable characters in a school like setting. The website covers any lost media that's found on Mari & Co, but something far more sinister is hiding within. But that's for you to find out.

Hey everyone! Just wanted to let you know we did shift the deadline From August 1st, to July 9th.
So for those who want to give a character a try, please go for it!
But also PLEASE do not go for a character if they're closed and already have an english VA! Ivo and Prower/Miles being examples; only submit to closed ones IF and ONLY IF you speak Japanese!
Maurice is the main star of Mari & Co's K through 6th grade learning Disks.
He's fun, fast, energetic, and full of life. Yet he can be snarky and always willing to joke around in the classroom despite leading students around to learn more.
At least he has his friends around to help him out! Especially since not every game will feature him.
Voices will be used for "commercials" & "in game" voice lines that will show up in the ARG files and website.

Miles, or Prower for western audiences, is a two tailed fox who loves and adores math and science and usually leads one or the other (sometimes both) on each CD Rom.
Smart and being the youngest and most well behaved student, Prower usually talks passionately about both subjects- but he won't hesitate to correct his big brother and tell him to stop egging on Mr.Ivo.
Miles can at times be too scared to stand up for himself however, or even gets embarrassed upon realizing he's been rambling for too long.

Actually it's a common mistake to not have a proper control group as it can create misleablah blah blah blah blah blah blah statistical data blah blah blah errors blah bla... oh hehe. Whoops. Sorry about that..
Mr.Ivo doesn't play a huge part in Mari & Co, mostly playing as a tired and angry teacher- especially when you keep clicking on him or whenever Maurice pokes fun.
He's a bit more kinder towards players and other students who don't bug them, but aways snaps at Maurice when he goofs off.

Rosie is a pink hedgehog who loves working on arts and crafts- she made her hammer out of cardboard, glue, and pain after all!
Rosie can sometimes be a hot head however, and even shy and in denial that she likes Maurice (It's only a childhood crush however). Sometimes she is caught day dreaming about the blue blurr.

Look at the wonderful options you have! Paint by number, coloring pages, oh look! Even blank canvases to draw anything on!

Inspo for any music should be Sonic music mixed with Jumpstart, as well as any eerie sounding music to fit with more unsettling themes of the website.

Images will be used for the sprites folder that will show up in the ARG files. Bigger & completed images that are made to look like it's part of a game will be used on the website.
Inspo for any Pixel art should be inspired by the art style of images given, as well as inspired by Jumpstart mixed in with Sonic in a school & outdoor setting.
