Project Overview
Plot
Nelina's a background character. There's nothing more to her, at least that's what she thought. Even though she has great friends, no one ever seems to notice her, but that all changes when Chris comes to town. This story is about Nelina finding her voice, and Chris and her friends helping her on that journey. When it comes to her family, Nelina has grown up with her sister and mom. Her dad and mom work a lot and every night they fight. Nelina's mom is a nice mom who tries her best and Nelina's dad is nice, but he twists words. She doesn't ever ask for support because she doesn't want to bother her parents.
This project is long-term. The script is almost finished, but some character have many lines, so I'll be working with you all for 4-5 months.
Rules
Be above the age of 11 and have Parental consent. I don't want to have to replace you because your parents didn't let you do voice acting.

Nelina is the main character of the story. She is a lead. She is shy and tense when it comes to new people, but when she's with her friends she is very easygoing and fun. She always feels like people are judging her and she's very self conscious of herself. She's basically a doormat, and people walk all over her. She is currently 16 years old, in 10th grade.
She has a medium voice.
"Hey, does Danielle seem a bit off to you?" (Questioning tone)
"I can't do this!" (Crying)
"Bye mom!" (Happy)
Chris is a social person who loves to help others. He always butts into other people's business, but only with good intentions. He has a sister and a dad who loves and cares for him, although his mother isn't mentioned until later in the series. Chris befriends Nelina when he comes to the school and helps her find her voice! He is in 10th grade and he is a lead.
"Oh hi! I'm new here, my name is Chris!" (Happy)
"Have you tried talking to her about it?" (Questioning)
"No it's not! It's not fair that you let people walk all over you!!!" (Angry)
Genesis Wright is a friend of Nelina's, although they sometimes bicker, they really are best friends. She loves to read comics and loves anime. She used to try and act like "cool" but she's done with that now! She is a supporting character and her voice type can be any.
"Hi? Do I know you?" (Kind and Questioning)
"Alright! Let's do this!" (Confident)
"Huh. Never thought about it that way." (Bored and Monotone)
Aura Green is a frenemy of Nelina, always saying she doesn't need friends, but she always helps her friends when she needs to. She gets frustrated easily and doesn't really understand how to be mellow. She's put up barriers because of her past, which will be explained in the movie. She's actually very similar to Nelina! Aura is has a medium-high voice.
"Ugh this class is soooooooo boring!" (Tired)
"Ok and? I don't see your point." (Annoyed)
"Nelina if you keep letting people step all over you nothing is gonna get better!" (Loud and Angry)
Cara Williams is the sister of Chris William! She is similar to her brother, because they both are very outgoing! Cara is in 11th grade. Cara is a minor character in the beginning of the movie, but she gets to become a supporting character as the story progresses.
"Hey Bro! How's school going?" (Happy)
"Can you go away!?" (Frustrated)
"Of course not! Haha..." (Nervous)
Danielle is a character with not much of a backstory, she's more of a minor character but I really love her design! Danielle sure does like snacking, that's for sure! She has a medium voice.
"Heyo! What's up!" (Happy)
"Umm... No." (Uncomfortable)
"We have a test?" (Tired and upset)
Cyrus Russo is the twin brother of Danielle Russo and has a crush on Cara. He helps in Danielle's reckless adventures and is pretty shy.
He has any type of voice but keep in mind he's a shy and timid character.
"Hey sis! How are you?" (Curious/Happy)
"Alrighty then! I think we're ready!" (Excited)
Kyra Miller is the mother of Nelina and Genevie Miller. She is married to Robert Miller and is a calmer person. She is a minor and supporting role in the series. She's very important, but she doesn't have to many lines. Her voice should be high but not little girl or screeching high.
"Oh sweetheart, it's ok." (Comforting)
"Damn it you bastard!" (Angry)
Genevie Miller is the sister of Nelina Miller, and is currently looking for a job and has graduated high school. She still lives at home and is in her freshman year of college.
She has a medium-low voice.
"Hi sis! How was your day?" (Happy)
"Dad! Just go away!" (Frustrated and Annoyed)
"Um... maybe? What for?" (Confused)
Robert isn't necessarily aggressive and is actually a really good person. Work just takes it's toll on him, with running his business. Him and Kyra only get into verbal bickering, nothing more. They do have true love for each other! He is a supporting and minor character. He is supporting in terms of lines. He can have any voice type. He will have LOTS of character development!
"Hey everyone! How are you guys?" (Fake Happy)
"Y'know what? I'm sick you!!" (Frustrated)
"What about me Kyra?! My dad's dead and my mom's so sick! I can't do it all!" (Crying)
