Fallout: Equestria - Lucky Break - Scene 3 - Act 1
Project Overview
Lucky Break is an unfinished, drama-based, noir-style screenplay which takes place in the Fallout: Equestria universe. Scene 3 has been particularly loved by its readers and, as such, a team has been assembled to make it into an SFM animation. We currently have a pre-written script, an experienced SFM animator, and a storyboard artist. All that's left is to give voices to the mouths of those wasteland-dwelling ponies we'll be seeing on-screen soon enough. If you like drama and Fallout: Equestria, look no further than our humble team.

Lucky Shot is an Appleloosan--meaning he speaks with a western accent. He's a bounty hunter in his late 20s to early 30s who's looking to retire. His experiences in the wasteland have left him with PTSD--leading to alcoholism and frequent night terrors. I rugged kinda stallion who really only cares about the safety of his mare friend: Stripe. All the lines are directed at Stripe.
Well yes, I like to think I’ve got you all to myself, but that don’t mean I don’t want to know how you’re doing and all.
(hopeless)
Stripe, I appreciate ya trying to help n’ all, but I...
(sad)
That ain’t how it works, Stripe. We need us a priest pony.
Cinnamon Stripe's Lucky's one bit of hope in the world. Like Lucky, she's a native of New Appleloosa and thus carries with her the brand of western accent. She's a guardian figure who wants only for him to get past the struggles of his past and quit with the booze for good. Her day job is that of a whore at a bar called Strawberry's, something that's referenced in the second audition line. The voice of a Texan belle, a golden west, southern, or otherwise soft, southwestern girl will do. She's about 25 years old. All the lines are directed at Lucky.
Don’t make me rattle it on outta you now. What is it?
(sassy)
I wouldn’t have to work there no more if you stopped saving all them caps for some fairytale dream trip back home to Appleloosa and finally let us move in together.
(laughing, sweet, encouraging)
We can always get Wise, then. He always seemed the holy sort to me. One with Celestia n’ everything.
To put it bluntly, this dude's a generic wastelander who's drunk off his ass and needs to be punched in the face. Only a handful of lines (or a hoof-full if you prefer). Any accent is fine so long as the act is convincing for a wasterat and the actor can pull off a decent smoker's cough. Both lines are pointed at Stripe, another character in the story, who he, to the dissatisfaction of Lucky, paid for a trip around the world.
(laughing)
Thanks for the good time, missy!
(smoker’s cough)
I’ll be sure to remember you next time I swing by!
