Lucidstuck: A Homestuck based survival adventure (Fandub)
Project Overview
Description: Lucidstuck is a Homestuck based survival adventure which surrounds the protagonist, Derrick Willford, and his friends. While being paranoid and cautious of the events in reality, Derrick must also pay close attention to the details in his dreams as dark and mysterious creatures appear in his dreams in hopes of a new body to claim as their own.

This project is NOT PG- 13. There are blood, violence, bullying, s*cide, sexual abuse, etc within these pages. This is me warning you now so when things turn for the worst in the comic, it won’t affect the project in any way.
We are currently casting the characters from Dreams 1 to 10! If we like your audition, you MAY be given the chance to be cast for another character from the next 5 dreams!
In order to audition, you MUST have a Discord account. If not, email is fine, however I prefer to use Discord to talk to everyone. Besides that, anyone is willing to audition. If you are looking for a chance to find a way to start Voice Acting, this will be the place! We already have some great voice actors and people on our team, including myself, who will help guide you along your way on the right path to the top. All I ask is that you have a decent Mic quality and we’re good to go!
PLEASE UNDERSTAND that this is a long term project and it will take time to put together. That means that there will be slow updates in this production as I do have a personal life that I need to tend to so I’m not broke.

Alice has a confident and alluring voice. Think Charlie from the Hazbin Hotel series on YouTube. Also, add in the fact that there's a slight tone of paranoia and manipulation. For a little more context, Alice is a "bit" crazy, hating pretty much everyone but her brother Derrick. (In the audition lines, that's who she's talking to.) If you have any questions, feel free to leave a message!
(Laughing) "Hahaha! I'm just messing with you brother. I'm also dreaming! Otherwise, how could you be lucid dreaming and talking to me in the physical plane? Now that doesn't make much sense!"
"Oh, well isn't that a life saver! When you're awake, your blackouts appear dream-like AND life-like. Except your body remains wherever it happened!"
"Oh, you know, out of the ordinary? Something you'd probably learn from somewhere you'd least suspect?"
The British accent is optional!
Although not yet showing up but once, Ghen is one of the strongest fighters within the Reaper Children. He also seems to be the oldest of them all, perceived to be around Derrick's age (16 years old). Due to his appearance giving a subtle reference to Harry Potter, I imagine him to have a British accent. He knows what he's doing most of the time.

"A young man stands in his bedroom. It just so happens that he cannot sleep and hasn't for some time now. He's a bit groggy and is having trouble remembering his own name!"
"Derrick, check what's through the door right next to you. In fact, do a thorough check of your room to make sure there are no monsters."

Tinkerskull is a small fairy. She embodies the emotion and liveliness of Garreth. She's sweet and formal, addressing Garreth as "sir". I perceive her to have a higher pitched voice, almost child-like.
(Whispering) "I'll be as quiet as a mouse! It'll be like you're completely alone!" (Giggles)
(Remembering her past) "I felt nothing... I couldn't move. I couldn't talk, but I could think. When you were close, I felt... feeling! It was amazing! And that's when I saw you!"
"I need to share some things with Garry. So just tell us when you want to do the recon mission!"

"You are now this young woman. You've been crying for some time. You're lost. Alone. You don't understand why you're being attacked and followed by strange creatures."
"This icebat feels so familiar. It was already here when you came into the fort. You can't put your finger on why though."

DT is the embodiment of sarcasm and deception of Alice. He often refers to Alice as "Master" and speaks to her with the utmost respect but condescending to everyone else. DT seems to have a bit of a "Know-It-All" tone. Something along the lines of "I know more than you and here's why". Think of a snotty rich kid who thinks they're above everyone buyt hides behind their parents whenever something remotely bad happens.
"See? I don't joke around ALL the time. He probably knows that Master is in LOMAM and has gone to see her too."
"Yeah? So? You can't be fair in this world. Monsters are already super strong. Master was at a disadvantage from the start."
"Well, aren't you all just the jolliest reapers ever. Looks like your new friend has went her merry way."
You have the option to do all or one. But other than that, there's a lot of room to work with. I will be choosing multiple characters.
(High Pitched) "Are you looking to go down these here steps, little one? You're going to have to pay a toll fee."
(Medium and Eerie) "If you're going to shoot meeee, hehe, you'll need thisssss..."
(Low) "Actually, yes! After a while, he became more noticeable and said he'd help me get my body back... Because, a long time ago, I lost it..."
Hermes is Lexii's embodiment of versatility and optimism. He mostly tries to be Lexii's confidant and one-pep rally. I see Hermes to be the type to try their best all the time. His voice isn't completely monotone. Like when you're talking to your google home or your siri.
"Insult detected! Initiating comeback... (beat) If I wanted a crummy response, I would have asked you, bird feed!"
"If there is something more to your liking, you can try hard coding into my system."
"I have records of that creature, Cujo, it seems. You were quite fond of him so forgive me if I've been interfering with your relationship."
Kalem is Lexii's embodiment of hopelessness and realism. He seems to be the type to just be upset about everything. Not really caring to pay attention to anything too important unless it includes him.
"There are two awakenings Lucid Dreamers have. This is your second where you are consciously aware of your subconscious antics."
"This may not be relevant for you, Lexii. I'm sure the one who did this is trying to send a message which may or may not be meant for you."
"He's YOUR big monster you know! I'm sure he's still the same in nature. You've probably been his anchor from fully mutating into a psychotic demon!"
