I may start casting early, just so we have enough time to set up, debut and get to know eachother. I will leave this call up for 5 more days, and then cast the leaders~

What is LLA?
LLA is an english OC cover group that will cover every Love Live song
What are you looking for right now?
I am looking for leaders and staff
What are the role of leaders?
Leaders are people who sing as idols, but also help with other things such as organization, rule making/enforcing, and helping out all the other idols/students who need help. Once leaders are cast, they will help me come up with a logo, make a tumblr blog and set up organization and rules. At some point, we might make a Patreon, but this will be discussed later.
Which staff members do you need?
I would like mixers, animators, artists, lyricists and harmony makers. I can assist with everything exept for harmonies, since I have 0 experience with them.
Ok, but when will you cast normal idols/students?
If all goes well, we will cast students at the start of fall. I want us leaders to organize everything and put up some covers to gain some number of subscribers before we cast other people. I would like to cast new students at the beginning of every season, but I will see what the leaders think too.
Do we need an OC?
Absolutely, but only for students. If you dont have one yet, dont worry about making one untill you are cast. Your OC needs to be exclusively for this cover group.
Communication methods?
Everyone needs or be willing to make a discord, and email addresses
Can I be an idol and staff?
If you are auditioning as a leader and you're able to help with anything besides singing, you have a higher chance of getting picked, since I need all the help I can get. If you have more availability/time to record, you will also get a higher chance of getting chosen
