Project Overview

Sadly since I couldn't do my other project for my main manga, I wanna try something a little different. I'm hoping to make this a short series just for fun and to help improve my skills in adobe animate.


--PLEASE NOTE THAT I AM NOT A PROFESSIONAL IN SCRIPT WRITING NOR ANIMATING. ANIMATING DOES TAKE TIME, AND DEPENDING ON HOW LONG IT TAKES FOR ME TO ET VOICES, IT WILL TAKE LONGER--

Things I'm looking for when I'm choosing auditions-
1. Decent mic quality. It is fine if there is some noise in the background, that can be edited in audacity. HOWEVER. There cannot be much noise. I would prefer if you used a decent microphone and not your computer mic. Your phone mic is fine, so long as it has good mic quality.
2. Passion. Yes, while that does sound cheesy, I'd rather enjoy having to listen to auditions of passionate people, rather than listening to robots. -.-
3. Understanding. As stated before, animation takes time. Depending on how fast I get voices, it will take some time before the first episode is complete. The first episode will be at least 2 or 3 months, depending on how fast the voices come in and on my time.
4. If you are picked for a certain role, and say you have to be gone for a few days. Whether it be short notice or not, I would like to know if you need a few days until you can give me your voice.

That is about it.

[Summary of the series.]

Eliza Evans is reliving the nightmare of when her father was murdered by the Night Owl, an infamous serial killer. He had calmed on his kills after the night her father died. However, while at school, she discovers by the substitute teacher that he be back, and, if she can balance trying to not look stupid in front of her crush, and keeping her panic attacks from the memories under control, everything should be fine...right?



Okay okay, not the best summary, but I don't wanna spoil anything, right? Also, if you have read this far, THIS SERIES WILL CONTAIN SWEARING, ALCOHOLIC REFERENCES, SOME ROMANCE, AND SO ON. IF YOU ARE NOT COMFORTABLE WITH THIS AND SPEAKING CERTAIN LINES, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO AUDITION.

Luke is just your "normal" emo kid in school. He has a temper most of the time, however there will be certain times when he's kind and tender. Keep this in mind when I give you the script.

  • [Clearing his throat] L-Let’s get going, we can’t be late again.

For the first episode, Roger only has one line. This was done purposely, as he will have more of a say in the next episodes. I promise. Anyway, Roger is more of a timid guy, unlike his brothers. In a way, he's the runt.

  • [He seems in a somewhat shy and nervous voice.] U-Uh, hello class!! [He clears his throat as a few students whisper into each other's ears] M-My name is, uh-- [When he goes to turn and show the class his name, he bumps into his suitcase, causing papers to fly. He gasps and scrambles to grab the papers. The class bursts out into laughter from his clumsiness.] M-Mr.Williams…[He finally says.] Uh, well, Ms. Olsen isn’t going to be here for a few, uh, days--

  • ...Her father w-was, uh…[He sighs and shakes his head] You kids will find out sooner or later….on the internet or on the damned television...Her father was murdered.

Simply known as Twitch, he is the boyfriend of Kage. He is very quiet when not around her, but when he is, he's very flirtatious with her and loves to tease her and make her blush and smile. He's also quiet protective.

  • Elizabeth..!! My s-sweet, sweet girl...are you okay?? [She looks her up and down. There is a bandaged up cut on her knee.] O-Oh god, you’re hurt!! My sweet… [She let’s out a small sob but composes herself seconds later] Don’t worry, sweet. E-Everything will be okay…
