Lost One Relaunch Wave 1

We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented writer to help develop scripts for Lost One, a dark, emotional, story-driven project with strong anime and cinematic influences.

As a writer, you’ll work closely with the creator to shape scenes, dialogue, and pacing while staying true to established characters and lore. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys character psychology, trauma-driven narratives, and balancing intense action with quiet, human moments.

Responsibilities:

• Write and revise scripted scenes (dialogue-focused)

• Help translate story concepts and outlines into polished scripts

• Maintain consistent tone, characterization, and continuity

• Collaborate and take feedback constructively

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong grasp of character-driven writing and emotional storytelling

• Experience with script or screenplay formatting (preferred, not required)

• Familiarity with anime, manga, or cinematic-style narratives

• Reliable communication and genuine passion for the project

We’re looking for an animator to help bring Lost One to life as a motion comic. This role focuses on dynamic panel movement, camera motion, visual effects, and timing rather than full-frame animation.

You’ll be working with existing artwork or panels to create impactful, cinematic sequences that enhance emotion, tension, and storytelling. This is perfect for someone who enjoys stylized animation, anime-inspired visuals, and narrative-focused projects.

Responsibilities:

• Animate motion comic panels (camera pans, zooms, cuts, transitions)

• Add simple character movement, effects, and visual emphasis

• Sync visuals with dialogue, sound effects, and music

• Maintain a consistent visual style and tone

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with motion comics, animatics, or 2D animation

• Familiarity with software like After Effects, Premiere, Blender, or similar

• Strong sense of timing, composition, and storytelling

• Passion for character-driven, emotional narratives

Lost One is a dark, cinematic project with heavy emotional weight and anime influence. If you enjoy making still art feel alive and telling stories through motion, this role is for you.

Voice Claim: Riku (Kingdom Hearts)

Takeshi Yagami is a reckless kid who just wants to help. Raised as a child soldier, he was trained for war before he ever learned how to live. Disciplined and highly skilled, he rushes headfirst into danger not for glory, but out of a deep need to protect others and prove his life has meaning.

Quiet, serious, and emotionally guarded, Takeshi keeps most of his feelings locked away. He is fiercely loyal and protective of his squad, especially his twin brother, Riku, and carries heavy guilt over those he cannot save. Beneath his hardened exterior is a compassionate, gentle boy struggling with self-worth and secretly longing for a life beyond fighting.

Voice Claim: Tamaki Amajiki (My Hero Academia)

A kid who happens to have multiple personality disorder, due to the trauma of life in constant war, the main side who has control most of the time is his A side- He acts like a loser who ends up with the ladies falling for him, even though the only thing he wants is just be left alone. He hates having the attention on him, unless he’s with his brother then he’s extremely happy like he’s a kid again before they were taken away by their parents. His other side, known as b, is very quiet, but not because he’s shy, but because if he says something it’s only for combat and death, he’s very ruthless towards almost all people, except for takeshi, he has a soft spot for him.

Voice Claim: Makoto Niijima (Persona 5)

A girl who loves to connect with nature, she’s like a nerd for it. She gets lost looking at the trees, reading about different poisons, not for harming but to understand the mystery of them, to contemplate for not knowing much about her background. She loves to show her friends these nature facts, so that she knows that she can talk with them at any time. She wants them to not forget her. She never really had friends growing up, having to hide away from the public eye due to her being a part of a forbidden race, the witches, her parents were killed and her eldest sister, the one sibling she was attached to the most, was left in a coma. From this amount of stress she shut down but with help from her therapist she was able to be happier, through the thing she loves most, the nature she used to escape reality is used again as “prescribed” drugs.

Voice Claim: Rukia Kuchiki (Bleach) 

As a child, she was taken from her family and friends, There were only two things she can remember, a song which when she was used for experiments, and every time she felt pain she would just hum the song over, and she was at peace. The other thing was a vow to get married to Takeshi when they grew up. When she is placed into Squadron Delta 0000, she sees him again, only to forget about her. So to drive herself away from him, she tries to rebuild her strength again and control it, because when experimenting on her, the scientists made her too powerful for her own body. She tries to mask it as accidents but everyone knows, which makes her become more distance from the rest. She is able to find comfort in Zelda, seeing as a big sister, telling her everything. 

Voice Claim: Erza Scarlet (Fairy Tail)

The top of her class, she was already in a squad before being promoted to this squad as their leader. The only reason she was given this was due to her past squad dying except for one, her best friend, but she committed, leaving Zelda in a weird state. All of this trauma that she has causes her to do things out of stress, like munching on sweets, and unfocusing while others are talking. She just wants to see her family again but with this constant war, she might just quit the military and go into hiding to try and find them again, but at the same time she wants to stay to help out her nephews Takeshi and Riku, but with her staying she becomes too overprotective to the squad.

 Kyojuro Rengoku (Demon Slayer)

The embodiment of kindness, wanting to prove the beauty in all. Long ago there was a prophecy about a child grabbing a sword from a sacred stone in the middle of the lady of lake’s domain and reclaiming his birthright as king, but instead of completing his quest by the aid of mentor Merlin, The child is subjugated to endless torture by his eldest cousin Mordred, and is used to destroy his home country alongside his younger twin sister, Morgan. Their magic reserves are powerful enough to destroy more than just Camelot. After the destruction is completed both Arthur and his sister are left stranded in the middle of the destroyed country, blamed for the destruction, they were almost publicly hanged at just the mere age of 9, Luckily The King of the area was able to stop it in time. Arthur is then taken in by The King and raised alongside Takeshi. He was taught how to be kinder, no matter the situation. He was later revealed to be the kIng’s nephew by his sister, Arthur’s mother. He and his sister grow up and learn more magic than they ever dreamed of, then they are separated due to the war. After hearing news of his sister’s execution, Arthur goes out to find her, but ends up lost when he enters a wrong area, with his squadron.  

Voice Claim: Nero (Devil May Cry)

The silent type of guy, really distant from people, until people start talking about the thing he loves, Galaxy Outlaws and Magic Man, two long book series. He holds key chains of the series on his sword. He begins to never shut up about them. Even when fighting the enemy, he would quote sayings from the books. The reason is escapism, when he was little no one would talk to him even though he was the prince of the Lyman Clan and the Elven Folk. So, he would use these series to escape the turmoil from how evil each side were to him. Elves and The Lyman were at war, and only stopped when The Elven King married the Head of the Lyman Clan. His elder brother is the one who showed him and his little sister the series, which helped him through it, then elder brother dies which causes him to get more distant from people. But there was a time when he was little he noticed a girl was trapped, and he told her many stories and even gave her a locket, but he had to be taken away due to the discrimination against her people.

Voice Claim: Mordred (Fate series)

As a young girl she was ridiculed for being a child not of pure blood, the more pure blooded you are the higher chance you become the next head of royalty. Through the teasing, Keiko begins to get extremely angry. With her getting so mad, she destroyed part of the castle. After that she was put into pure isolation away from everyone else. Every day she tried to get out but failed, luckily for her there was a boy who talked to her, constantly making her laugh, and after a while she stopped trying to get out because of this boy. One day while she's waiting for him to show up, she hears stabbing- the boy is dead. She thinks, but never knows. The boy stopped showing up after that which only made her suspicions worse.  She never got to learn his name, only tales of adventure. So she sits, day after day until she's let free and immediately put into the war. During missions she would explode with anger, at the thought of his death. She would hold a locket that he gave her, twirling it around every moment she could. She would hold tight onto it remembering the memories of the adventurer.

Voice Claim: Viktor (Arcane)

A softie who wants to stay in the background, so no one would notice him. He is a runaway from the Spade Kingdom. He is a result of an experiment created by his parents, one alive human, and his deceased wife, who turned into a spirit. He is then Overtaken by the wife, so she could be with her son. She never takes control, and only lends her power. She knows her child will do great things in the world, she may whisper things for him to head in the “right direction”. Misu himself, is a planner, which he uses to get things his way, through causing a loud explosion or sneaking out of a kingdom undetected. He had to leave, after the bomb that killed his father and almost killed him, he was wanted by the entire kingdom, because he is an anomaly, he shouldn’t exist. He enters the Heart Kingdom acting as a soldier, gaining the trust of his allies,  slowly playing mind tricks on them to further his goal. He wants to restart the universe and have humans and spirits coexist, so his mom and dad can be together again, and not constantly go into hiding. 

Voice Claim: Meroleona Vermillion (Black Clover)

Throughout her entire life, she was just a shadow. Always a shadow to her younger brother, Ryu. They never knew their parents, only heard rumors about them. Due to Ryu getting his magic affinity before her, caused him to get all the attention, which made her angry, so angry she awakened hers right after. All she ever wanted was to be on equal ground with him, but not anymore. She wants to be better than him, better than all, even their parents. She soon learned of them being the gods Zeus and Hera and instead of being happy, like her brother. She grew resentment, all this lost time, and not even a hello, or anything. But before they can get answers they are swirled directly into a war between gods, and realizing what’s happening, she switches sides, away from her parents, away from her family, away from her brother. Even though she may doubt her actions, she will not be used as a guinea pig for her parents' twisted chess match they call life.
