LOST IN ANDROMEDA
Hello all and welcome.
I am a musician known as 'Hyper Rein' I have written a pilot episode for an original audio book.
This originally was a side project for fun but I feel it has so much potential which is why I am reaching out to other artists who see the vision.
This project is an original audio book set in the far future. Humanity has traversed light-years of the universe, however in 2689, war and destruction in Andromeda had forced many species to remain in their respective galaxies due to safety issues following the aftermath of the war.
No longer able to study Andromeda after it's circumference is cloaked now in the gas from all the imploaded stars and planets. A mission has been organised to send two astronauts back out into the unknown to survey the potential danger. Trade routes must be re-established in order for humanity to progress.
There is no work around, we need to know what still exists here.
Our story follows the two astronauts on their journey through Andromeda.
Who knows what may unfold.
This casting call is specifically for a few characters. Please feel free to experiment and add your own spice to the character you are auditioning for. A few more roles may be added over the next few weeks.
The script for the first episode has been finished.
The run-time is expected at 13-17 minutes.

This role is for the narrator at the start of our story. A deep rustic, some-waht oldish sounding voice. Although feel free to experiment.
In the year the 2689, Warp drives have become a common commodety, inherently decreasing the traversal of the stars. However, during 'The Craetrom Age', a war erupted within the Nebulas of 'Andromeda'. Two races surge for power to claim the region for themselves. Both were enherently evil, thriving for absolute tyranny.
Years of nuclear and plasmatonic weapon use had purged the galaxy of clarity. Clouds of imploaded stars litter and shroud all that was once forseeable and clear. Navigating no longer required sight. Only radiowaves and radar could pathe the markers for safe passage. Warp drives were rendered useless once vessels breached the walls of the lightyears of gas. No signals could penetrate or leave the sector. No one truly knows what happens here anymore. It has become a place of danger and mystery. Factions that once thrived here may have been extinguished.
However, in an age of uncertenty there is potential for prosperity. A mission is now underway to explore and map out the unknown sector. only time will tell us if our expectations ring true.
This role is for the female reporter who interviews spectators before the launch.

Well I was kinda just passing through and someone said something about free beer so I'm kinda pissed off if I'm honest. I ain't got a fuckin' clue whats going on here. Just a bunch a hippys in lab coats if ya ask me and I'm still thirsty.
Well no I live out in 'Ghost' and I just kinda shoot animals and brew illicit moonshine really. I don't own a TV just a 'PR23' with an Ultraviolet scope.
