Heya, I'm a fairly small Youtuber who's been making videos on and off for a few years now. I have been doing all of my own editing but find that I really just don't often have the free time to sit down and edit the videos myself. I'm hoping to find somebody who is willing to lessen the work load and do some basic editing.

Things to know before applying:
-THE PAY IS A FLAT $10 PER VIDEO. Sometimes I will cut it myself and send the rest over for after edits, either way you will always be paid $10
-I don't really post that often so it won't really be a heavy work load. At max you will maybe get 3 videos a week and that's being optimistic. More likely you will receive 1 to 2 videos a week, sometimes you might not get any for the week. This may change depending on channel growth but I'm lazy af so I wouldn't count on the schedule changing lol.
-I'm not going to rush you to get edits done but I would appreciate an assigned edit gets done at least within a week
-The pay is rather small but hoping to change depending on channel growth/sponsor's (But that may be a good bit down the line)
-I'd like us to be honest with each other, If you no longer want to do the project/edit anymore than just let me know. I will completely understand and will hold no grudge against you.
-I will still be editing some of my own stuff, I'm not just trying to dump my work on someone else I swear lol
How it will work:
-I will send you the raw game video, voice audio, and facecam (sometimes no facecam) through google drive
[videos are usually about an hour long and is expected to be cut down between 20-40 min]
-You will sync the gameplay/audio/facecam
-Do simple cuts to remove long pauses or parts that don’t feel right to help the video flow naturally
-After cutting you will add small touches such as zoom ins, sound effects, etc to give the video “personality” (a lot of my earlier stuff was just simple zoom ins so don’t feel too intimidated by adding stuff)
-When you feel that it's good enough, you will turn it in to google drive and I will review it and let you know my thoughts (I'm really not picky so most likely it will just be a "good job")
-I will pay you when I review it and am satisfied with the video
-You will be credited in the video description (If you would not like that please let me know before hand)
Must have:
-Any kind of editing software that can at the very least cut video and have multiple tracks so you can sync audio and video
-EDITING SOFTWARE MUST NOT LEAVE A WATERMARK!!! Watermarks are a big no no for obvious reasons
-Software that can export at 1080p, that is what my videos are usually posted as
That's really about it
I will review each submission and message you if I like what I see. Afterwords I will send you a link to the google drive where I will have some raw footage as a “test edit” where I can see your editing style and decide if you are a good fit
[test edits will be 30 min and requested to cut it down to 10-20 min]
TEST EDITS WILL NOT BE UPLOADED AND ARE PURLY FOR INTENDED FOR REVIEW ONLY!!!
Hopefully at some point something will take off and I can actually pay you more for your hard work, at the very least hopefully you can learn some new editing tricks or refine your style. Looking forward to working with you ;)
