Looking for female voice actors for my WW2-themed fan trailer
Project Overview
Hi! I’m a hobbyist video editor making fan trailers. At the moment I’m editing a trailer for the novel “The Violinist of Auschwitz” by Ellie Midwood, it’s based on the true story of Alma Rosé, an Austrian Jewish violinist who got deported to Auschwitz and conducted an orchestra there, which saved many people’s lives.
As a result I’m looking for female volunteer voice actors: English speakers from Britainor the US, or actors with accent from the respective countries (Austrian/German for Alma, or anywhere in formerly Nazi-occupied Europe for the prisoners/orchestra members).
Roles:
Alma Rosé - Austrian violinist & conductor of the Women’s Orchestra of Auschwitz, female, in her 30s
CAST - Miklós Steinberg - Alma’s love interest, Hungarian pianist, male, 30s to 40s
3 orchestra members, female, teens to 40s

Main role, in her late 30s. A famous violinist in Europe, she was a strong, confident, charismatic high-society lady who demanded (and was granted) respect even from most of the SS guards at Auschwitz. A perfectionist and strict conductor, she used her diplomatic skills and the orchestra’s improving quality as leeway to negotiate better living conditions for the women under her supervision. Most of the 50ish orchestra members later testified they considered Alma Rosé to be the main reason they survived the Holocaust. In order for her position of authority to be believable in the video, your voice age should be at least mid to late 20s.
