Looking for staff for future projects(Read description)

Hello! My name is Willow and I'm looking for staff members to help build a Discord community. Currently, we have created a more simplistic server than the previous one so there aren't many members at the moment. We have many roles that can be filled(There will be another CCC for roleplays and other content plans if you are more interested in that). There will be a small trail period to see how you do with the given staff role.

Voice Actors:
These people will help with upcoming projects in which we will need voices for characters. We need 4-8 people to fill this role.

Storyboard Helper: These people will help come up with lore, work with the characters and their voice actors, works with script writers to help create the story. We need 2-3 person to fill this role.
THIS WILL HAVE A VOICE CALL INTERVIEW FOR FARTHER QUESTIONS

Script Writers:
These people will help write the lines for the actors to say and will work with storyboard to make the project happen. We need 2-3 people to fill this role.

Sound Effect Creators:
These people will help with effects and to make the project/ game more immersive to the watcher or player. We need 1-2 people to fill this role.

Character Artists:
These people will help with character designs and different poses, emotions, and other things involving the characters. We need 2-3 people to fill this role.

Background Music Composer: 
These people will help with non- copywrited music so if it is silent it isn't boring or awkward for the watcher/player. We need 1-2 person to fill this role.

Programmer:
These people will help with any programming that is necessary for the project. We need 3-4 people to fill this role.

Voice Actors:
Please put in a recording (.mp3) of what you can do with a maximum of repeating lines twice. Show me what you can do with accents, emotions(happy, crying, anger, whatever emotions). Please DO NOT slate your audition, but put your discord in the comment portion so I can contact you if you are chosen.

Storyboard Helper: 
Please put in an example of how you plan a story and a general resume of what you've worked on, your experience, etc. Please put your discord in the comment portion so I can contact you if you are chosen.

Script Writers:
Please put in a example or two of how you write your scripts and put your discord in the comment portion so I can contact you if you are chosen.

Sound Effect Creators:
Please put in a general resume with what you can create, what you've worked on in the past, experience, and anything else you think I should know. If you are able to link a video of different sound effects you have created or helped put in, please show them! Character Artists:
Put in some character designs you have drawn both full body and just profile. If you can put in different styles please do so. Please put your discord in the comment portion so I can contact you if you are chosen. 

Background Music Composer: 
Please put a link to some music you have created. If there are different genres, please show them! Please also put your discord in the comment portion so I can contact you if you are chosen. 

Programmer:
Please put in a general resume of your experience, what you know how to use, what projects you've helped on, and anything else you think I should know. Please put your discord in the comment portion so I can contact you if you are chosen.

-Can record without static or background noise(This DOES NOT mean you have to have a professional mic)
-Has to have Minecraft Java since some projects will have to body act and do voice acting

Storyboard Helper:

- slight to general experience with creating stories 

Script Writers:
-NEEDS to have discord so we can add you to the server and contact you from there
- slight to general experience with writing preferably scripts 

Sound Effect Creators:

Character Artists:

- general experience with drawing characters(mostly people)
-preferably would know how to create Minecraft skins (this is NOT required)

Background Music Composer:

-CAN NOT USE COPYWRITED SONGS

Programmer:
- NEEDS to have discord so we can add you to the server and contact you from there
- general to expert experience with coding JAVA Script
- Has Minecraft Java to help out with either coding and potentially building

As of now there will not be any payment, but later on we may be able to do so.
