Looking for Artists and Writing Assistants

I am working on an idea for a fantasy genre animation and would like artists to help draw the characters from the series for when I make a casting call for the rest of the cast, to help the animators in the future (when it gets to that point), to help me properly visualize the characters, and, if you are able to stay with the project for a long time, to help with any art for the series.

I am also looking for some people to help me with the writing and ideas. I am fairly independent when it comes to writing, however there are some things that I need help with, including coming up with ideas for what to do for the episodes. The project and story are still only in early stages of development, so I haven't even started coming up with scripts or anything because there is a lot more to plan beforehand.

Please note I do not want to tell the plot of the animation on Casting Call, but if you join the discord server I will tell you. I want to limit the amount of people who aren't working on the project that know the plot before it is made. It is a modern world series with magic and a large cast of characters.
