Project Overview
Long 15 - NCR Expansion is a large mod for Fallout: New Vegas that allows the player to explore Interstate 15 (I-15) in California within New California Republic (NCR) territory.
The mod will include over 200 voiced NPCs, and 10-15+ hours of highly replayable content with exciting quests and a living, breathing world that reacts to your actions.

A fairly psychotic and cruel mercenary. She worked in the Slavers' Guild because the NCR cracked down on them, became a bounty hunter who cleared out tribes for the NCR government, and then came under the employ of the Barons in the Hub.

Former NCR trooper from Baja. Hired as a mercenary in the Hub for taking part in a massacre. He didn't actually kill anyone and simply mutilated bodies after the fact. He is not comfortable with killing. Morton (correctly) views him as a weak link to be disposed of before the Major arrives.

Nickname given to her by cruel Castle Gang members. Ghoul homeless woman. Kicked out of her home by the previous mayor, got addicted to Ultrajet on the streets, became a ghoul while traveling to the Mojave National Preserve to get away from people.
Combative and angry, extremely vulgar language.
Voice description: Female ghoul voice. Lived an extremely rough life, and has been dealing with both drug addiction and combative locals for years. Somewhat scatter-brained.
