Long 15: Casting Call #2
Project Overview
Long 15 - NCR Expansion is a large mod for Fallout: New Vegas that allows the player to explore Interstate 15 (I-15) in California within New California Republic (NCR) territory.
The mod will include over 200 voiced NPCs, and 10-15+ hours of highly replayable content with exciting quests and a living, breathing world that reacts to your actions.
Our Project Discord can be found here: https://discord.gg/8EZQNMS5FQ
Due to the size of this mod, we plan to release new CastingCallClub pages regularly based on the locations of our characters.
Our talented team has millions of combined downloads across our mods, and recently worked on the popular Dry Wells - Legion Expansion mod.

Railway bosses hit us with layoffs. Made my way out here to Baker to work on that memorial highway.
The Hub Exchange is pretty sluggish this year. The NCR dollar keeps getting weaker.
{Disdain}Come to play peasant with us in the slums? Wouldn't do any good, anyways.
Former NCR trooper. Was denied medical care after an experimental Brotherhood weapon blew up in his face. Hangs out at the junkyard and is so strung out that he can't even form basic sentences.

The guns are here. I have to say, I was a little surprised by the request. Stanton usually requests the finer alcohols, not guns.
A mob war. Between this and the Van Graffs, who can even tell the difference these days?
There are two families who can say they rule New Reno. Us Wrights run the government and the city. The Bishops are the ones who talk to the NCR.
A member of the Van Graff crime family with a very negative opinion of Gloria Van Graff. Appears if you tell Stanton that you killed the Van Graffs.

The whole family wants you dead! Boys, waste this fucker!
You killed Jean-Baptiste, and I'm sure Zenobia's pissed about that, but I'm here to fulfill a deal.
This shipment has already been prepaid, and I have always fulfilled my end of the bargain.

Welcome to the World’s Largest Thermometer Shop! It’s a 30 cap fee to enter the store, and viewing the thermometer is also 50 caps.
I saw you out there staring. I’ll give you a deal, 100 caps and you can view it again on the way out.
What's wrong is that you're passing through without spending anything, so hand over the film or we're going to have problems.

I was the commander of Fort Westin up until a month ago when Colonel Royez showed up.
I got transferred here to make sure nothing comes through that gate to the south.
Honestly, I wish I had a combat posting. Legion are overrunning the Mojave, and I'm stuck guarding a power plant.
Nolan Crow (sheriff)’s ex-wife. A former Jackal (gang member) who used to raid along the Long 15. Did time and was released years ago. Sells Iguana on a Stick (real Iguana, for real Californians). Involved in the sheriff quest.

Hey, there, stranger. You looking for a bite to eat? You've come to the right place.
Our leader laughed at him and ordered his underlings to shoot at him. In two seconds, eight Jackals and the leader were dead on the floor.
He's the sheriff of Baker. You might have met him before.

Welcome to the Baker Clinic. Not much of a place, but it's all we've got. I'm Liz Archer, coordinator of the Followers' mission here.
We've got medical supplies, though not as many as I'd like. If you need something, I might be able to help, depending on what you're looking for.
Just a couple scratches. I can take care of you.
A retired, bigoted, anti-ghoul NCR trooper. Hick-type, from Anza-Borrego. Is currently dying of an infection that could be treated by Fort Westin's doctor. Baja War Syndrome. It’s just what you get for surviving out there. Toxins, radiation, bad food, bad water… you name it.
It was those damn ferals that ruined everything. Spread rads around, poisoned our food and water supply. Now they’re joining the army.
Ghouls are dangerous. All of them. You don’t trust a rabid dog just because it hasn’t bitten you yet.

My name's Leopoldo. I'm from New Reno. There are Yakuza hunting me down, so I am hiding out in this junkyard.
I was a bookie for them, sports betting and stuff. They think I stole from them, like I'd be that stupid.
They're some tribe that moved into New Reno a couple decades ago. It's good money working for them, but it is so easy to fuck up.

My name is Mikhail. I'm this facility's OSI {oh-ess-eye} director. I'm in charge of keeping this substation operational, and diverting its power across the region.*Say something you think would fit*
This is the Soda Springs power substation. This facility produces and diverts power across the region. At least, it's supposed to.
God bless Kimball for taking the OSI out of the hands of those nutjobs.

Looking for something to drink?
Back in Shady, they got some real sticklers for the rules. I was sellin’ in a market same as this for years, till a cop drank himself dead.
Ain’t my fault he can’t hold his liquor. Cops came in, I tell ‘em, "we ain’t making no Moonshine! We’re making hand sanitizer!"
A member of the Van Graff crime family with a very positive opinion of Gloria Van Graff. Appears if you tell Stanton you haven’t had business with the Van Graffs or have had good business with the Van Graffs.

Heard about that, Legion got cut down while we made a hefty profit.
Good business comes with bad situations. If you didn't kill them, I'm sure they would've come after Gloria or the rest of us sooner or later.
