Project Overview
PLOT:
16 teenagers have decided to spend their summer breaks in an abandoned school building for a chance to win 1 million dollars. They'll face various challenges based on the environment they're in and at the end of every single one the losing team will be sent to the elimination ceremony where they're gonna have to eliminate one of their own. What kind of shenanigans will ensue between our colorful cast of characters? Who will win it all? Find out at the premiere of Locked and Loaded: Until the bell rings!
ABOUT THE PROJECT:
Locked and Loaded: Until the bell rings, is a gacha series inspired by shows like Total Drama and Disventure Camp. It's an indie project created by me, and I'm looking for voice actors and animators (When i mean animator i just mean taking screenshots of characters movement, you need no tweening knowledge). It's going to be uploaded to my yt channel Rotten Cherry (@RottenCherry-vl7yz). Creating a gacha series has always been a passion project of mine and I hope to assemble a talented team that will help me achieve it. This is an unpaid project but if it does well i might open a patreon and split the earned money between everybody, i cant promise that the pay will be big though.
REQUIRMENTS:
Have discord, you dont have to share your discord in your audition because if you get picked i'll send you a message asking you for it or send you a link to the discord server
Be over 13 years old
If you're looking to be a voice actor you're gonna have to have a microphone, no studio level audio quality needed
If you're looking to be an animator, you need to have gacha life 2, cap cut and ibis paint x
If you get picked and don't answer me within a week i'll have to find a replacement
Communication is important, if you get picked you'll have to be active in the discord server i put you in and tell me if you can't meet a deadline
Do two takes per line in an AABBCC format
I'm sorry in advance for the lack of details on the characters. I really do not know how to describe them without revealing too much about their storylines.

As I stated in the description, you don't need the knowledge of tweening to be an “animator” on this project. If you apply and get the part, you'll be given a scene or a few scenes to make, by screenshotting them, editing them in ibis paint x and timing everything to the voice files in cap cut. How you apply is simple, under here is a scene featuring two characters, Cherry and Layla, you'll have to animate it based on the directions I give you and submit it with a link. There are no voice files, so you can just make it as long as you imagine the lines would last or put subtitles. Even though casting call club is set up like that, i wont be chosing only one of you, i need a full team of animators including myself because of the complicated nature this show will be made as, so your chances of landing this part is almost set in stone.

Hello there, Cherry. My name is Layla.
Cherry starts to move around her arms energetically.
Cherry:
It's nice to meet you, Layla. My name is Cherry. Oh wait you already knew that, sorry but I'm just so excited to be here, I definitely wasn't expecting to be picked, but I'm very glad that I was, I still just can't believe it you know? I don't really care if I win or not, I just want to have fun. I'd be glad if anybody wins actually, oh god I just realized I'm rambling, I'm so sorry, oh I should probably shut up now shouldn't I?
Layla puts her hand to her mouth as she's giggling.
Layla:
*Giggle* I don't mind the rambling at all, I love listening to other people, please, continue.

ANIMATION NOTES:
The characters rotate their limbs 5° at a time. Basically instead of just the poses changing off screen, you have to screenshot the characters transition from pose to pose to look like it's animated.
The characters cannot stay still, if I haven't specified exactly how they're standing or what they're doing, it's because I feel like the emotion next to the characters name is enough explanation to what the characters physical reaction is, or it's just completely up to you to give them a pose, I really don't care until its what you think fits the scene.
1.20 means that the characters are that size, as well as the background being zoomed in.
The actions that are specified above the dialogue happen during the dialogue, not before it unless specified otherwise.
DIRECTIONS:
Take detailed screenshots of characters movements.
Go to ibis paint x and firstly put a picture that is a 16:9 frame (yt frame) and start putting screenshots from then. This is done so that the screenshots would already be yt frame before entering cap cut.
Put all of the screenshot in cap cut including the background, then put everything in overlay except for the background. No, you can't just immediately put all of the screenshots as an overlay because it's not gonna be the size of the screen.
Make them (the screenshots) last however long you think is right, zoom in the background at the part the script says (middle, left) and submit!

Milo's profession is all about exploring the supernatural which is what his character is mostly focused on. He can come off as weird or paranoid but can act as a voice of reason in some situations.

Layla is a calm soul, believing in harmony and peace between everybody. She's a natural leader and is very forgiving and understanding.
One thing to note is that unless said otherwise every single one of Layla's is delivered the same, calmly.
