Little Lapses: Pokémon Comic Dub
Project Overview
"The essence of true friendship is to make allowance for another's little lapses." - David Storey
"Little Lapses" is a PMD-inspired comic created by Zero Pro Studios and Salt and Pepper Bunny (SaltnPepperBunny). This story explores themes of adventure, childhood, tension, and forgiveness through the experiences of three close friends: Holly the Yungoos, Cinnabar the Scorbunny, and Blue the Phanpy. Thank you, SaltnPepperBunny, for giving me the green flag to dub this amazing story! :)
School is out, and summer’s here! Holly the Yungoos is the newest kid in Amity Village, and her first year at her new school is finally wrapping up. With her friends Cinnabar the Scorbunny and Blue the Phanpy at her side, nothing can ruin the last day of school… except for one problem: Something is bothering Blue, and she won’t share what it is. To make her feel better, Cinnabar has declared that their first day of summer is going to be the best day ever! But good intentions pave the road to trouble. Holly, Cinnabar, and Blue may be in for more than they can handle, and in order to stick together, they’ll have to make allowance for each other’s little lapses.
This will be a VERY lengthy project. The plan is to compile a total of seven dubs, each covering one of the seven chapters, with each dub separated into its own video to be uploaded to my channel. Casting credit will be given where it's due! :) https://www.youtube.com/@DeeKaysShenanigans

Everyone is welcome to participate, but please bear the following things in mind before auditioning:
I. Ensure good microphone quality. This is a crucial factor that will make your audition stand out.
II. Minimize background noise. Any excessive noise that interferes with your audio can be problematic, so please make sure your recordings are free from background noise!
III. Have Discord. This is where all communication and recording shenanigans will take place.
IV. I will be actively checking auditions. Please give your best effort while auditioning! I'm more than happy to provide feedback, so don't hesitate to ask!
V. Utilize pivotal factors. Consider your inflections, speaking pace, emotions, and enthusiasm! These factors can significantly enhance your audition, so bear them in mind!
VI. Have fun! Although casting can be very competitive, don't let that discourage you from participating! See this as an opportunity to improve, as well as shine!
