Luna is a half angel in a world of other halflings. She is one of the only half angels that anyone is even aware of, so of course her parents try to teach her to protect herself. With tension between heaven and hell growing people don't even realize until Luna enters the picture. At first it seems fine she is training and growing learning how to be herself. When she asks to go to a school her parents let her and that is when she gets introduced to the actual world and her world flips upside down.
She makes many friends at school but she also makes some enemies, this story will go through her time at the school growing as a person and her struggles. As well as the war going on in the background. Will she be able to get through school alive. Will she be able to learn her true self, and what is acctually going on. Dive into the world of lightbound to find out.

Humans
They are what you expect human.
Angels
There are many different types of angels, archangels, cherubims, etc.
Demons
Different ranks and different looks. There are a wide variety of different demons.
Ogres
Tall with a greenish hue to their skin, they are known for their tusks and bulk.
Fawns
They are from Greek mythology, and they can resemble deer, and they even include the centaurs and the Satyrs.
Trolls
Small strong creatures, they come in a variety of different colors and they are also very good assassins.
Elves
They live for a very long time, they have pointed ears, and they also have pure white hair. There are different types of elves such as wood elves, and dark elves.
Imps
They can be mistaken for demons but they have shorter horns, and long tails with a spade on the end. They can also teleport and have minor control of magic, many imps work for demons and their children.
Fairies
The look like people but are normally very beautiful, as well their wings come in all shades of bright colors and they glisten in the sunlight.
Dryads
These are the creatures connected to tress they have manipulation of plants, and they are ties to a plant as a life source.
Nymphs
They are normaly, and they are connected to many different sources of nature, some to bodies of water, others to trees.
Elementals
They come in human form but they can take the form of elements. There are fire, wind, water, ground, lightening, and metal elementals.
Fetherians
They are part bird and are normally from the Europe area, as well they can manipulate wind, have accelerated healing, and are super strong.

Description: Towering reptilian humanoids with thick scaled hides, massive clawed hands, and curled horns. They breathe superheated plasma instead of fire and live in floating fortresses built on islands of molten rock. They also have giant leather wings and can shift from dragon to humanoid forms.

Description: Pale, jelly-bodied organisms encased in semi-transparent armor exosuits. They are master biomechanical engineers who grow their technology organically.

Luna is the main character in this project. She is a teen girl who is naive to the world around her and thinks that she is the best. She isn't very humble, but she always tries to be kind. Though she has a big temper. She is also half angel and one of the very few, but she thinks that she is the only one.
"Shut up Jackson" (angry but not loud coldness to her voice)
"D-dad what happened are you okay?!" (rushed nervous concern)
"I'm Luna Brooks half-angel yes I know not many of those, pleased to meet you. And you are? (Casual somewhat quickly spoken)
He is the father of Luna, he cares a lot but he is a big war archangel. He trains his daughter so that she can protect herself from dangers that she may face. He has a strong commanding tone to his voice, but also a sweet side to it. When he is angry you don't want to cross his path.
"I promise you I will return" (with compassion and love, a moving moment)
"That's my little girl though you aren't so little are you" (Said as a loving father to his daughter in a proud moment)
"Luna you need to go now, you're in danger" (Stern, with physical pain causing his voice to be quieter but still is strong)
Silvia is Luna's mother. She loves Sarielon, but can't be with him because he is fighting in a war. She trains Luna as much as she can though she is only human. She loves her daughter and tries to protect her as much as she can while still letting her grow.
"Well if your father thinks your ready tell him to get his butt down here and teach you how to fly where he can catch you” (joking but also serious)
"Just where do you think you are going with out giving me a hug" (sad but also happy)
"Luna I'm always there for you even when you don't think so I am, so please call me if you need me" (loving)
She is a halfling, she is half fire elemental half human. She has a commanding presence to her and she is very much a hot head. She is Luna's best friend, and also the one helping show Luna around the school and to get her bearings. She is also one of the main characters.
"Hi, I'm Ashlyn but you can call me Ash, so you are the half angel everyone is whispering about" (Casual strong voice)
"Jackson leave her alone go pick on some other person, unless you want your hair on fire in that case I can do it for you" (Collected, menacingly, calm)
"I DID NOT SET THE SCHOOL ON FIRE... well I only did it once..." (Angry then humbled but still strong)
He is a Nymvess, who is blind and deaf but he doesn't let that stop him. He is another one of Luna's best friends and eventually a love interest for Ash. He can read minds and he uses that to help him see and hear what is going on, so he is even more aware of everything going on than everyone else. He is quiet and a genius, he doesn't speak out too much but when he does he makes sure he is heard. He is one of the main characters.
"I'm Leo, and yes I'm blind and deaf but don't worry I can see and hear you still" (quietly but also nice)
"Ash you need to calm down please, we don't need another school fire incident" (Slightly raised voice, strained and worried)
"Luna you can put me down now" (calm collected casual)
He is the principle of the school. He is older and caring, but also strict. He is like a grandpa who cares about all his students but doesn't tolerate anything that is wrong. He loves teaching and he is always scarily calm even when he should be mad.
"Welcome to the school Luna, its an honor to have the first Nephilim in my school" (calm and welcoming)
"Jackson we talked about this, do I need to send you to another detention" (collected)
"Luna what are you doing outside go get inside where its warm you're obviously freezing" (like a grandfather to a child)
Beatrice is an elf, she is 2nd in command at the school and she is the more strict enforcer of the rules. She seems like a kind middle aged woman until you cross her wrongly then she will hunt you down if she deems necessary. She has a smooth voice but also a commanding tone to it.
"welcome to Nova Star academy, we are glad to have you here" (warm and light)
"This is Ash, she will be you're roommate" (Calm and collected)
"Jackson get back to class before I make you a part of the class permanatley" (Collected, stern)
Jackson is the big bad in this book, he is the one that harasses Luna and causes the most trouble for her. He loves to cause drama and he has a personal beef with Luna because of family issues with her family. He is half demon and makes everyone aware. He is also the lead of the Thorned wings at the school.
"HEY GET OFF MY TAIL" (venomous voice angry snarling)
"So you are the astral lap dog everyone is talking about, not as interesting as everyone makes you seem" (Collected, cold)
