LEGO Red Hood: Outlaw (DC fan-animation series)
Project Overview
From the creator of the Red Hood and the Outlaws LEGO series from 2016, KYBD aka Planet Goddess (myself), the long-awaited third installment comes to pass. Armed with an education in film and new source material to draw from, this third(+) installment picks up a short while after the finale with a new Robin-wannabe on the rise and Jason once again seeking a journey away from his teammates. With the ever gazing ire of Batman looming over them both, will justice or peace ever be achieved?
Drawing from Red Hood: Outlaw, Batman Eternal, and the unfinished Robin shorts released shortly following my exit from animation, this seeks to tell a muted, personal, visually interesting tale that keeps the comedy of the original two episodes. Please note, however, that this IS NOT trying to be a retelling or adaptation of any of these sources and instead uses them as a springboard for something new!

Jason Todd is a troubled anti-hero known for his snarky, tough-guy demeanor and his constant woes with teamwork. Now attempting to strike-out on his own once again, the outlaw is driven back to Batman's turf, the one place in the world he doesn't want to be.
(Disdainfully) Hiya Bats.
What the hell...?
I can tell this is going to be annoying.
Based on Stephanie Brown and a few other lesser-known Batfamily members, this character is the former sidekick of the dastardly Cluemaster and the newest Robin wannabe on the block. Sadly for her, that's a role Red Hood and Batman would both rather keep vacant. She's a little alt-rock, self-important, and attempts to be cool, but is actually a rather clever and competent fighter from the inner city. Till there's justice, criminals' peace is out the window. Really REALLY out the window.
*Effortless Grunts* God, are you even trying!?
(angrily mumbling) I'm five-foot TWO, actually.
BOSS MAN!? *giggling* You're NOT- You're NOT serious.
A force of nature. An immovable object. The beacon of fear. Occupying an almost antagonistic role at times, this man looms over every breath taken in Gotham. Almost every line is delivered like a declaration of the god of the night.
I heard about your escapades. My rule still stands in Gotham.
No.
I'm done with the games.
A manipulative, condescending supervillain that gave one-too-many Clues in her "gone-without-a-clue" criminal enterprise. A master at gaslighting, thievery, and shrouded intentions, this horrid villain was able to trick the world into never realizing anything was amiss for years. Even as she reenters civilian life, her old ways haven't seemed to drop. She may be able to fool everyone else, but Steph is on to her.

Good night, my little Clue-Knight!
(Assuring) Honey, no. I'm reformed. Cured. That's all behind me now.
(Condescending) Don't sound so blue. It doesn't hurt that bad.
The father of the Brown family, this caring but sadly easily manipulated man balances his unconscious enabling of Angela with his sincere love for his family. All he wants is a happy life for them. Is that so much to ask?

Angela. It's nice to have you back.
You gotta give her a chance, Steph.
The head of a modern gang and the "buyer" of General and Anarchy's weapons, this calm, authoritative, gruff figure is the beacon leading Jason back to Gotham.

Enough about your dinner, Ell. Let's get to business.
(Rushing but Calm) Yeah. Yeah. I know.
(Giving orders) Let's get the pest, please.
The temperamental muscle of the Boss Man gang, this venom tongued non-binary brute is often one-half of the in-gang banter and one-half of the angry insults at their enemies. Honestly, go wild with inflection!

You little brat!
ARGH! RAGH! STOP MOVING! *get hit*
What don't you like about it? I think it's cool.
The easily offended and defensive sniper of the Boss Man gang, this woman is the mastermind behind all of the nicknames and although best the shot, probably worst the physical fighter of the bunch. She speaks with squeaks when stressed or slighted but otherwise rather normally. Because of her temperament, it's not uncommon for her to be engaged in a "verbal spar" with Holy... or everyone.

Hey, I gave you that name!
I swear, she's just good!
Two guys on your right, Boss Man. Feel free to give the cue.
A foreign member of the Boss Man Gang, this power-armored gangster handles the extraction and tool side of the Boss Man Gang operation. Their unwavering literal absolutism contrasts against their teammates' knack for sarcasm. They're under all that power armor to help them actually be useful in a fight and protect them from their own lack of personal defense skills. Hard to beat up a chunk of metal and hard to dodge an auto-targeter, huh? This character's gender will be decided by the VA cast. No real preference there. Their voice is heavy regardless, the power armor might make them safe, but god is it uncomfortable.

I'm gonna crack the lock while Ell and Holy are getting their asses kicked.
(receiving an order) My pleasure.
*huffing* Sorry, one sec.
