Commsissioner Loeb is the Commissioner of the Gotham City Police Department, and Not a Very Good one. He is Currupt, Maybe that's Why Gotham Likes Him. He also has a Big role in the Film, Not just a Mini Episode, So this Role would be the Most Work. His Voice Should sound Older, But not to Old and Mean. Also he can be Sarcastic.
