LEGO Avengers: Kree-Skrull War | Episode #1
Project Overview
Hey guys, thank you very much for taking the time to check out my new casting call. I’m very excited about this project, and I hope that you guys will be to.
This project is a brand new LEGO stop motion series, creating a brand new Universe of future projects, based on the characters and stories from Marvel Comics.
This particular series (Avengers: Kree-Skrull War) will be based on the Kree-Skrull War event in the Avengers comics during the 70’s, whilst also being the story that brings together the formation of the Avengers.
It centres around a Kree-hero named Mar-Vell (Captain Marvel), who is in a feud with the evil Kree ruler, Ronan the Accuser. Mar-Vell comes to Earth to warn them of the incoming war between the Kree and the Skrulls which is making its way to Earth.
If you’re at all interested in becoming involved with this project or entering an audition clip, just know that you will most likely be asked to return for future episodes and future projects, as this is going to be a part of a larger universe.

At this stage, Iron Man is already a full-fledged hero, with his identity open to the world, as well as the owner of Stark Industries. He goes to investigate an alien incident which gets him dragged into the project which will become known as, The Avengers.
In terms of voice, I’m looking for an American accent, 30’s-50’s. Cocky, brash, confident manner. Something similar to Robert Downey Jr. or Adrian Pasdar’s portrayals of Iron Man would work well, but I’m open to other options.
If you are cast in this role, you will definitely be asked to return for future episodes and other projects, so please keep that in mind when auditioning.
IRON MAN: Damn, I must’ve been hit pretty hard, because now all I can see is Fabio in cosplay.
THOR: My name is Thor, son of Odin and prince of Asgard. Who might you be?
IRON MAN: I am Tony Stark, son of Howard and king of Stark Industries. I have no clue what’s going on, but you’d better be able to fill me in.
Thor is the prince of Asgard, god of Thunder and protector of the nine realms of Yggdrasil. When Heimdall foresees a disturbance threatening the existence of Midgard, Thor is sent to prevent it from happening. This journey sets him on the path to The Avengers.
For the voice, aim for a Shakespearean type accent, similar to the one used by Cam Clarke in the Ultimate Alliance video game. I am open to other options.
Just keep in mind whilst auditioning that if you are cast in this role, you will definitely be asked to come back for more episodes and future projects.
THOR: My name is Thor, son of Odin and prince of Asgard. Who might you be?

THOR: My friend and ally, Heimdall, the guardian of the Bifrost, foresaw a major disturbance coming to Earth, and as the protector of the nine realms, I have been sent to save Midgard from this Kree invasion.
Nick Fury is the head of S.H.I.E.L.D. (The Strategic Homeland Intervention, Enforcement and Logistics Division), and runs field mission with his top agents, Black Widow, Hawkeye and the World War II hero, Captain America. He is responsible for the formation of The Avengers.
For the voice, aim for something similar to Scott MacDonald or David Kaye from the Ultimate Alliance video games. 30’s-50’s. Grizzled, angry tone.

So....My men told me that you only wanted to talk. Well, you have my attention. But first, let me ask you a question. Where are you from? It’s not everyday that we’ get aliens coming to our planet.
Black Widow (Natalia Romanova) is one of the top agents under Nick Fury at S.H.I.E.L.D., alongside Hawkeye and Captain America. She works with Fury in the case of the Kree invaders, which leads towards the formation of The Avengers.
For the voice, I would prefer the character to have her Russian accent, however, if you would prefer to audition with an American accent, that is fine as well.

So why exactly is Ronan interested in Earth? We don’t have any advanced alien technology or weaponry.
Mar-Vell is a rebellious hero from the Kree Empire, who fights back against the ruler, Ronan. After learning of Ronan’s intentions to wipe out Earth, Mar-Vell travels to Earth to warn them, which leads him to The Avengers.
For the voice, aim for a deep, serious, monotone voice, similar to Laurence Fishburne’s portrayal of the Silver Surfer.

My name is Mar-Vell. I am from the planet Kree-Lar of the Greater Magellanic Cloud.
For far too long now, the being known as “Ronan the Accuser” has ruled over the Kree Empire with nothing but destruction and power in mind. He expands the empire by taking over a planet and wiping out its population, just for the Kree to gain more land and resources. This is exactly what he plans on doing to your planet, Earth.
Jarvis is an A.I. created by Tony Stark to assist with his every-day life, as well as being Iron Man. He is based off of his old butler, Edwin Jarvis.
A British accent, slightly monotone, similar to Paul Bettany’s portrayals from the MCU of Jarvis and Vision.

It appears as though this being is of alien physiology.
This S.H.I.E.L.D. Agent makes an appearance to inform Nick Fury of an incident occurring elsewhere.
I’m open to anything for the voice of this character. Any gender, any accent.
Director Fury. There’s an incident in San Bernardino that requires your attention. It appears to be an attack by some kind of Kree android.
