LEAL Urgent New Characters - Voice Casting
Project Overview
LEAL is a YouTube English audio series written and produced by me, Keisha Liem — or also known as “Stories By Keisha” online. LEAL is a romance story about the workaholic medical student Adena, who falls in love with her colleagues, Sou. The story has a “constant rain” type of theme with a global weather crisis going on. Sou however has a secret that no one knows about, that only by chance, does Adena find out about one day.
This is an urgent casting call for new characters! If you didn’t make the part the last time, I highly recommend you to try this time! I’m looking for quite a bunch~!
RULES AND GUIDELINE
- Voice Actors must be 13+!
- This project is unpaid.
- Do not edit your audio to get a certain role (do not use voice changers, pitch changers, etc) however noise reduction is perfectly okay!
- If possible, no background noise please!
- Preferably mp3 format or m4a for the voice acting audition! ^^
- Include your Discord (email is okay too!) for contacting and sending lines!
- If you’re in Discord: please if possible try and be active! This isn’t a must or anything, but I want to make sure all of the voice actors feel comfortable and safe in the team!
- This project includes some swearing and possible triggering topics (suicide, mental health, etc).
- Microphone is unrequired!

Angelica Raven is a 19-year-old woman who majors in psychology; she is consistent, level-headed however can be quite doubtful in her skills and be self-conscious. In the audio series, she plays a role of one of the antagonists and a fellow competitor of the main protagonist; Adena Vu, in a writing competition they are both competing in. She has a medium-deep voice.

Levi Raven, the older brother of Angelica Raven; is a 20 year old male who works as a musician and also as a bartender part-time. He is a workaholic and is also quite flirtatious yet quite a geek too~? He plays as a semi-antagonist; as one of the characters the main casts compete against but still plays the role of a supporting character as well. Which, will become more clear in the story. He has a deep-medium voice range. — Important Note: This role may require you to sing. So please add a short cover or two of you singing a song of your choice.

I am still deciding on the names of these characters; but there’s around two of you that will be chosen. Preferably one female high-pitched voice actor and one male medium-pitched voice actor. Please say the following lines below in your audition! Again, female: high-pitched, male: medium-pitched. If you are non-binary, you can just do whatever you prefer or do two takes of each line, one in a high-pitched voice and the other in a medium pitch. ^^

There are some strangers that Adena (the main character/protagonist) runs into in one of the final episodes that I need voices for. Specifically male since the “strangers” are actually the friends of Levi. As for the other competitors; pretty self-explanatory. Just voice actors for other competitors in the competition. You may just submit your demo reel here! ^^
