LEAL: An Urgent Voice Casting
Project Overview
LEAL is a YouTube English audio series written and produced by me, Keisha Liem. It’s a romance story about the workaholic medical student Adena, who falls in love with her colleagues, Sou. The story has a “constant rain” type of theme with a global weather crisis going on. Sou however has a secret that no one knows about, that only by chance, does Adena find out about one night.
This is an urgent casting call for new characters! If you didn’t make the part the last time, I highly recommend you to try this time! If not, maybe consider checking out my production team that’s also looking for voice actors :)
RULES AND GUIDELINE
- Voice Actors must be 13+!
- This project is unpaid.
- Do not edit your audio to get a certain role (do not use voice changers, pitch changers, etc).
- If possible, no background noise please!
- mp3 format or m4a for the voice acting audition!
- Include your Discord (email is okay too!) for contacting and sending lines!

This is the mother of the second main protagonist of the audio series, Sou Kanei. She plays quite a significant role in Sou’s story however she is usually always out of the countries doing tours for her music career. Her name is Azami Kanei! She has a medium-deep voice and is 31 years old.
(Cheerful) “Sou~! Mama’s back from tour~!”
(Commanding, Aggressive) “..NATHAN! SEARCH THE HOUSE, NOW!”
(Announcing) “Hey there, California!! Are you ready for the best night of your life tonight?!”
Nathan is the assistant of Ms. Azami Kanei. He has a medium and soft voice and has a helpful, reckless and respectful personality. He is 25 years old. He plays an important role is the story of Sou, but it isn’t as significant as the parents or Nathan’s girlfriend, Amy.
(Normal, Following Orders) “Yes, ma’am!”
(Pleased) “It’s nice to see you again, Amy.”
(Brave, Yelling) “I KNOW YOU’RE THERE! THERE’S NO POINT IN HIDING, NOW!”
