Project Overview
Latest Fixation is our YouTube show where we talk about anything that’s cool, interesting, or just worth obsessing over. From celebrity drama to the latest movies, shows, and random stuff.
We’re looking for creative people to help us grow. Right now, we need:
Editors – You’ll bring the videos to life with animation and style. If you’ve got experience editing in a fast-paced, fun way, or know how to tween animation, you’ll fit right in.
Writers – Help us research and write scripts that match our vibe. We want your ideas to keep things fresh and entertaining.
Graphic Designers – Make eye-catching thumbnails, posters, and promo materials for YouTube, Instagram, and Twitter.
Voice Actors – Lend your voice to background characters and add personality to our videos.
What we offer:
$8 - $12 an hour – Pay depends on experience, but this is a passion project with big potential. As the project grows, so will the pay. This project is self-funded, but as it expands, we’ll have more opportunities for everyone involved.

For the Editor position at Latest Fixation, here's what we need:
Editing Skills – You should be comfortable editing fast-paced content, with a good eye for timing and flow. Experience with animation, especially tweening, is a plus, but if you're creative and willing to learn, that’s just as important.
Animation – You’ll be expected to add some fun movement to our videos using simple PNG animations. Don’t worry if you’re not an expert—just an understanding of how to animate basic elements will do.
Creative Input – This isn’t just about following instructions. We want you to bring your ideas to the table, experiment, and help define the overall style and vibe of the content.
Team Player – We’re building something together, so being able to collaborate with writers, graphic designers, and voice actors is important.
Attention to Detail – Make sure the videos flow well, are engaging, and stay true to the fun and fast-paced nature of the show.
Deadline-Oriented – We’ll have deadlines to hit, so being able to deliver work on time is crucial.
