Late Shift At Freddy's Chapter 1 [FINISHED]
Project Overview
Late Shift At Freddy's is an independent horror game project based on the Five Nights at Freddy's franchise, featuring an entirely original narrative, re-imagined lore, and a unique atmospheric universe. This project is currently under development as a multi-installment series, with chapters planned for release across 2026, 2027, and 2028. If a role is empty by the time the deadline reaches, the deadline will be extended until those roles are filled with 1 or 2 minimum submissions. The next 3 days after every character has minimum one submission and the deadline, we will be choosing which one takes the role, and later send a private dm to the ones that got the role.
Phone Guy is a friendly, respectful, but noticeably nervous employee. He acts as a mentor figure through pre-recorded tapes, trying to maintain professionalism while clearly hiding his anxiety about the job's dangers.
Voice Tone: Mid-range, warm, conversational, and slightly stuttery/anxious when mentioning hazards.

Uh, listen, don't worry about the reports from the night shift. Just... focus on the maintenance protocol. If you hear anything, just keep the doors closed and look the other way. I'm sure it's just the old wiring. It’s an old building, things make noise. Just... stay focused, okay?
Henry Emily is a cold, independent, and respectful character. He acts as the guiding voice of reason and the emotional weight of the story. He is not hostile, but rather distant and weary, having spent decades carrying the burden of past tragedies.
Voice Tone: Deep, mature, and slow-paced. Needs to sound tired, resonant, and solemn.

I know everything, William. I’ve seen the records... I’ve seen what you did. My own daughter... those five children... I thought we were partners, that we shared a vision. But you were only ever sharing your darkness. You weren't a friend; you were a sickness. And now, I’m going to make sure this nightmare ends with both of us.
William is not just an antagonist; he is a manipulator. In this chapter, he is still human, observing the player from the shadows. His voice should be charismatic but unsettling—he speaks to the player like a predator playing with its prey. He is mocking, obsessive, and deeply unstable.
The performance needs to shift from a "friendly, professional mask" to a "maniacal, sadistic predator." You will also be required to perform a Springlock Failure sequence (intense, visceral, and raw pain).
For the Springlock Failure sequence: I am looking for intense, visceral vocal expressions of pain, terror, and fading consciousness. No dialogue is required for this specific part—only raw, authentic vocal performance like the original audio.

Oh, don’t be like that. You can’t hide forever, Schmidt! Do you really think those heavy doors will save you?
I can hear your heart beating, you know. It’s such a frantic rhythm. You’re trying so hard to stay alive, but you’re just a temporary guest in my house. Why struggle? The end is so much more... colorful
Freddy is not just a mascot; he is a broken machine desperately trying to maintain his "performer" persona amidst his own decay. His voice should sound like a mix between a warm, professional stage host and the raspy, malfunctioning sound of an old, dying animatronic.
This is NOT the voice of the child inside. I am looking for the voice of the animatronic itself. It should be synthesized, somewhat monotone, and chillingly cheerful, even when the situation is tragic. You should aim for that uncanny feeling where a machine tries to sound friendly while its mechanics are failing.

Bonnie is the "heavy" of the group. His voice should sound like a massive, rusted automaton that struggles to articulate movement. He isn’t trying to be friendly; he is an aggressive, malfunctioning machine.
His voice should be guttural and low,

Hey Freddy! I think or new friend is a bit shy, let's find him!

Gruff, charismatic, and adventurous. He should sound like a professional showman with a classic pirate persona. His voice needs energy, grit, and a strong sense of storytelling.

Sterile, professional, clear, and emotionless. This is a corporate AI interface, not a human character. Think of a high-end security system or a flight announcement interface. Do your best to avoid expressing strong emotions on this one. You can express surprise, excitement, or etc, but not things like extreme joy, sadness anger or like that. Try to sound like Help Wanted Hand Unit

He is a normal, confused, exhausted man working a job that is clearly not what it seems. He does not know any of the incidents that happened at Freddy's.
