JP Aqours Cover Group- Yoshiko + Mixer Needed!

Project Overview

Soleil is a Youtube-based Aqours cover group. Our channel is located here. We cover the songs in Japanese. Unfortunately, we just lost our Yoshiko, and need a new one. We also need a mixer, to help us be able to upload covers in a more timely fashion. We are aiming to upload one cover per month. In addition to full group songs, we also cover subunit songs. Yoshiko will be part of Mystic Flower, the Soleil version of Guilty Kiss.


Rules for Yoshiko:
1. For Yoshiko, have a good quality mic. It doesn't have to be fancy, but we expect a clean, clear sound.
2. Try to minimize any background noise.
3. You don't have to be fluent in Japanese, but please be able to sing and pronounce the words correctly, with the right timing.
4. Be willing to commit. We are trying to get out a cover each month. Please meet deadlines, and let us know in advance if you can't meet one for whatever reason.

Rules for Mixer:
1. Be able to mix multiple voices. Soleil is a 9 person group, so the ability to balance that many voices is critical.
2. Have some sort of tuning software.
3. As with Yoshiko, be willing to commit. We are trying to get a cover out each month. Please meet deadlines, and let us know in advance if you can't meet one for whatever reason.

Yoshiko is an interesting singer. She has two distinct voices: one for Yoshiko, and one for Yohane. Yoshiko's voice is medium to high, and slightly nasally. Her "Yohane" voice, on the other hand, is deep and powerful.

To demonstrate your ability to sing in these two voices, please sing the specified portion of Strawberry Trapper (here, 0:35-0:57) as "Yohane", as well as the specified portion of Mijuku Dreamer (here, 1:08-1:31), as "Yoshiko".
To be considered, your audition must be a cappella, without tuning or reverb. Use an instrumental to get the timing right, but don't forget to remove it before you submit your audition!

The mixer is an indispensable part of the group. Without them, we can't release anything! The mixer will need to be able to tune, time, and add effects. They will also need to balance 3+ voices.
