Hi! My name is Detective Parks and I am a 17 year-old actor and now director who is excited to announce my first big project.
Right here, we have a comedic fandub of Phantom Blood, the first part of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, ala Ghost Stories. This will still focus upon the basic story of Phantom Blood, but play into the more ridiculous and absurd plot of the manga. DO KEEP IN MIND THAT THIS WILL HAVE OFFENSIVE, CRUDE, AND OFF-BASE HUMOR, SO IF YOU AUDITION, KNOW THAT THAT WILL BE PLAYED INTO. We of course have the main characters, but there are also ensemble roles that I will hold auditions for due to them having few lines and having a smaller cast for these separate roles would be nice. For those unfamiliar with JoJo's Bizarre Adventure or Phantom Blood, it's highly recommended to become familiar with it. There are plenty of resources online in case you haven't watched or read the source material. The first line of every audition is a line from the manga or anime and should be delivered as if this were an audition for a regular dub and gauges your believability as your character. The second, however, is our treatment of the character and shows how you will fit for our version. Also, if you are not cast, don't worry! We do need plenty of people in the ensemble and you could always audition later on for other dubs if this one goes well.
For this project, you will need Discord as I will have a server for access for scripts, scriptwriting, suggestions regarding scenes, line submission, as well as general talking, getting to know cast members, and such.

Jonathan Joestar is a young noble in the countryside of England and the closest we have to a hero in this story. He's not stupid, but EXTREMELY gullible and also VERY into traditional roles. Alarmingly into traditional roles.
Note: You will also be playing younger Jonathan in the earlier parts of Phantom Blood.

Dio Brando is a scrapper-turned-noble-turned-vampire living in the Joestar Mansion and the antagonist in this story. He's very, very evil to the point it's comical with his schemes and has scant regard for anything or anyone but his teddy bear Angelo.
Note: Will be singing the intro to the Fandub and if we go through with it, the outro as well.

George Joestar I is a older man, the owner of the Joestar estate, and is the father to Jonathan Joestar. To say he is a drunk is an understatement.

Robert Speedwagon is young lad and resident of Ogre Street. He has a very...strange view of Jonathan Joestar.

Will A. Zeppeli is the mentor to Jonathan but, well, let's just say Jonathan learned better by messing around with breathing. Zeppeli may have trained under Tonpetty but barely remembers anything, making him an awful fighter. While he's not exactly the best teacher and is probably the worst, he's the best that Jonathan has.

Erina Pendleton-Joestar is the childhood sweetheart of Jonathan Joestar. While Jonathan may have her down in the day, she wears the pants and the strap-on in the relationship. As the prostitute/nurse for Jonathan, she's ready to be with him, no matter what!
Jonathan Joestar passed away into undeserved oblivion. His life was an important part of history, but invisible to ordinary people. Most of humanity, for who he sacrificed, will never know of his noble accomplishments.
