Project Overview
Welcome to the open auditions for the Jeepers Creepers Comic Dub! This will be for the First Episode for the project so far that's based on the official comic with a few rewrites.
The premise
If you didn't know Jeepers Creepers is a series of movies about a flesh-eating monster, but it also has a set of comics! The comics centre around Devon Jones, a 22-year-old college student who wants to learn about The Dragon God, and his downward spiral during his time to learn about the creature.
And Crystallined Studios wants to bring this story to life. Of course, there are going to be some rules regarding the auditions and methods of contact.
- Please use the best mic you can use, doesn’t need to be XLR but good enough so that the quality isn’t suddenly thrown off by a phone-mic.
- Try to have as little, or better yet no background noise as possible.
- Demos are great if you have them but please also audition for the character you want because my interpretation will be different from yours.
- Don’t give me a flat reading, Give the line some emotion, yell when you need to cry real tears, it’s all good!
- I will contact you for more information if you get the role, which will be decided by the end of February.
