What is this?
This is a casting for JBS Entertainment. A YouTube channel that makes both shorts and full episodes for anime abridges.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for talented voice actors to join our cast. If you are casted for a character, you will voice them both in any shorts that the character is in, as well as any full episodes that they're in.
Requirements:
Please have either an XLR/Condenser microphone, or a well-treated USB microphone
You do not have to sound like the original voice actor, although it is optional. I will be casting based on what voice I believe fits the character best
When you audition, please put your Discord username in your audition notes, or have it available on your profile
The first round of casting is done. All roles except for Alice Rondo, Caynz and Additional Voices is done.
Please check for a friend request if you were picked. If you auditioned for Additional Voices, you can still get selected, even if you don't have a friend request yet
There are 2 NEW ROLES that can be auditioned for. They are for Horimiya: Abridged, and they are the childhood bullies of Izumi Miyamura.
British voice actors are preferred, but anyone can audition if you're able to do a British accent

DESCRIPTION
Alice Rondo is a student at Freedom Academy and a Summoned Otherworlder. She is one of the five small children who, like Shizu, were summoned in order to turn into Heroes. However, because the process of summoning had some unforeseen consequences, the children now only have a few years left to live. She currently resides in the Jura-Tempest Federation.
PERSONALITY
She is a smug girl who loves stuffed toys. Like the other kids of Class S she is eternally grateful to Rimuru for saving her life.
VOICE

DESCRIPTION
Caynz is one of the 10,000 players who were trapped in the online game "Sword Art Online". He was a former member of the guild Golden Apple and teamed up with Yolko to find out who killed Griselda.
PERSONALITY
Caynz runs a prank channel along with Yolko, and the two faked their deaths for a video. They later find out that Grimlock was the reason that Griselda died

Kenya Misaki is a student at Freedom Academy and a Summoned Otherworlder.
PERSONALITY
Kenya is shown to have a highly energetic, mischievous and aggressive personality, as seen during his first interactions with his new teacher Rimuru Tempest, where he attempted to constantly get a rise out of the latter by acting impious and rebellious towards him. This behavior having landed him to be branded as "troublesome" by his teachers and leading him to be placed in a separate class for troublemakers.

Atsushi Kanamoto, known as Johnny Black in "Sword Art Online" (SAO), is a minor antagonist in the Aincrad Arc, Phantom Bullet Arc, and Alicization Arc. He was one of the 10,000 players who were trapped in Sword Art Online, where he was a member of the infamous "Laughing Coffin" red guild.
PERSONALITY
Johnny Black is easily distracted, as seen when he forgot that he was supposed to kill Caynz, Schmitt and Yolko after meeting them

DESCRIPTION
Schmitt is a supporting character in the Aincrad Arc. He is one of the 10,000 players who were trapped in "Sword Art Online". Schmitt used to be member of the Golden Apple guild, until he unknowingly assisted in the murder of their leader. When his original guild collapsed following this incident, Schmitt used the money he earned from the culprit to purchase gear that would earn him entry to the Divine Dragons Alliance guild. Eventually, Schmitt became the sub-leader of the guild's defense force.
PERSONALITY
Although Schmitt appears to be a brave tank during battles, in reality, he is extremely afraid of death. Figuring that the rules of the game might change and towns might become unsafe at some point, he decided to "become sturdy" and thus put in a lot of effort in leveling up, though he chose the safest methods to do so.

Daichi Ishizaki is one of the students of Class 1-C.
PERSONALITY
Ishizaki is shown to be quite prone to violence quickly and doesn't care much and often gets in fights but he's quite obedient sometimes and has a little sense of honor as seen when he agreed to join the race in the mountains just to help their team win.

Alfie, also known as Makio Tanihara in the main series, is a British exchange student, who used to know Miyamura.
PERSONALITY
Alfie is a typical British bully, who used to bully Miyamura when they were in middle school

DESCRIPTION
Joshua is a minor character in Horimiya: Abridged, and the one seen with Alfie.
PERSONALITY
Joshua, just like Alfie, used to bully Miyamura, and continued to do so even when they were older.
