Welcome to: the Japanese Idol Cover Group!
Note: This is an unpaid project, If you are looking for a paid one this is not for you.
I know it sounds generic and stuff, but I wanted to create it more with a team!
I will need singers, writers, artists/animators, video editors, and audio engineers!
What do we do here?:
Simply, it is an all-inclusive, beginner-friendly cover group. We will be covering songs recommended by the singers from games like (Enstars, Idolish7, etc.) Vocaloid songs and even Anime openings!
I will be creating lore and we will be representing characters. Depending on the size of people that will be auditioning I will create subdivisions for the chosen singers.
Where will we be posting?:
I will be posting the covers on a group YouTube account. I will be crediting your social media (optional) if you do join this project.
Some baseline rules:
Be respectful to others.
I want this group to be close and supportive of one another. Accept anyone no matter their race, sexuality, religion, etc. That is expected of you as a human being.
Make sure you can stay in this project long-term.
I would love for our group to be close and instead of treating it like work, I would like to be treating it as some sort of project some enthusiasts wanted to make. I also don't see a clear end goal for this project, at least not yet.
Know how to sing in Japanese
I think this is common sense but I'm just emphasizing this. You need to have some basic knowledge of how to pronounce and sing in Japanese, this is a Japanese Cover Group after all.
Discord is Required.
Discord will be our main form of communication, so giving your discord tag in your audition description or comment is highly required.
And lastly, have fun!
This will be a very non-work sec project, I would just like to be genuine friends who get along and produce covers together. So please, have fun while auditioning!
