IGNITED the indie animation series
Project Overview
Okay so, what is ignited? Ignited is an upcoming series hosted by me based off harpie like creatures in a sky kingdom. Dealing with their struggles and their kingdom being at risk. But from what? Well, that’s for you to find out!
Ignited covers a lot of sensitive topics like neglect, generational trauma, and more.
As well as it can at times be a bit gory. Which is the only reason why I have the NSFW tag on this, there is no other reasons as to why this would be NSFW.
That being said other topics are also tackled in this series! Such as chronic illnesses and neurodivergent representation! As a chronically ill person myself I think it’s important to bring more awareness to illnesses and give others a character to relate to.
This show talks about real struggles that many can relate to while also having a mix of fantasy and growth, and also a bit of angst! 😅

Agnis as an adult is more calm yet intimidating than when she was a child, she is typically very reserved, sarcastic, and sassy but can also be very loud when it comes to her job. She’s typically only caring towards her mother, sister Reina (who is the polar opposite of her) or Evelyn, who is her best friend and potential future love interest.
(Bonus stuff to understand her more as a person but this is optional to read!)
Agnis is a part of the royal family and enlisted in her kingdoms military a while after the absence of her sister.
Contrary to how Agnis is growing up, she as an adult takes part in boxing in her spare times and other combative skills to keep herself sharp and protect those around her. Often times when she’s not working on her skills she’s hanging out with Evelyn who becomes her best friend in the series, they hang out and Evelyn encourages Agnis to come out of her shell more, Hense why she’s more bold and intimidating as an adult.
Agnis and Evelyn fly together, sing together, and cry together, and occasionally give each other advice that’s either the best or the worst they could give. Neither of them hardly ever take each others advice.
YOU DO NOT NEED A PROFESSIONAL MIC OR BACKGROUND! As long as there’s no fan sounds and it sounds clear and you’re passionate about it, that’s all that matters. That being said have fun with it! Worst comes to worst you don’t get the part, there will be more to come!

*Coughing* “What the hell?! The fuck is happening out there?!” Her tone is loud, and panicked almost like yelling
“Reina?..” her tone is soft yet scared. She’s surprised
*sighs* “Hey Ev, how are you?..” her tone is soft and warm. She’s also worn out.
James is the father to Agnis and Reina, and the husband to willow. He is a perfectionist and because of that can sometimes be very controlling.
Some things about his character is that James is the king of the kingdom and grew up in a broken home. Due to that, his views are twisted and morals are not always correct. He’s a tyrant and obsessed with the idea of perfection as it’s the only thing he feels he can cling to and control. He feels as if it’s the only thing he has truly control over. So he’s always incredibly strict and demanding of his family to be perfect. And always ready to do whatever means necessary for his kingdom.
James is very demanding on his two daughters expecting only the best from them, however he is not so strict on his wife. One because shes the only reason he’s even remotely stable, and also because that’s his wife and he wants to be better than his father,
Speaking of family trauma James does suffer from PTSD that usually will take the forms of nightmares. What that means is though he has learned to manage it decently well, when triggered by something it can set off attacks and nightmares about those experiences,

James despite his cold demeanor does ironically stress cook. It helps relax him and distracts him from whatever is stressing him. He also likes to stare at the clouds through his window, which is very easy considering his kingdom is in the sky.
“You slept in today.” His tone is slightly cold and annoyed
“Is everything alright my love?..” His tone is softer with a hint of worry
“I.. I never thought I’d see you all again!” He says with a bit of a chuckle, his voice is shaky and his tone is a bit warm
We are very much in need of more writers! ESPECIALLY IF YOU KNOW HOW TO PART THINGS!! I’m used to making multi animator projects but I cant seem to grasp entirely how to part a script for an animation series, and also we need creative minds! I have a lot in my head about this series as I have been making it up in my head for a few years now, but I want to turn this silly little day dream into a good show and I can’t do it alone. Parting scripts is not my strong suit and filling for plot isn’t either. That’s where you guys can come in! It‘d be amazing to have any writers to help on this project! We have some amazing writers already but life does get busy sometimes and we need more to keep things going! Really hope to see you guys!!

Me and a few others are animating this but like I said, life gets in the way quite often! And we need more talented artists to help us make this series a reality!
You don’t have to have anything fancy, just preferably either procreate, procreate dreams, or Clip Studio paint etc. there will be background shots that will likely be tweened so alight motion or toon squid works too!

For any animation to thrive you need talented storyboarders, I along with a few others currently storyboard but we need more! Now is your chance to showcase your amazing skills and help others make this project a reality. Don’t be afraid to show off your talent! I hope to see some auditions! We’ll be waiting for you!

do you know what else is important in an animation process? Rough sketches! We need rough sketch animators! So if you think that you can be passionate about this series like we are then we HIGHLY encourage you to try auditioning! We have seen so much talent in our small team and I would love to see more of it! once again don’t be afraid to show off your talent! I look forward to seeing your auditions.

Whether it be thumbnail art, or concept designs we need more artists! I personally love to draw, and I know if you’re reading this you likely do too. I would love to see your work in my series! It doesn’t matter how long you’ve been an artist, as long as you think you can mimic the art style that’s all that matters! (Concept designers don’t have to!) I can’t wait to see your amazing auditions!
