Born to a wealthy family and classically trained in piano and violin, Xiao is an extremely disciplined, yet haughty young woman. Her cutthroat attitude was molded from having to rise out of her elder sister’s shadow. What she lacks in humility, she makes up for in talent and beauty. She was driven to audition for Reflective Entertainment due to her competitive spirit and secret desire to make genuine connections.

 Having grown up with four older siblings, Minju always sought to be in the spotlight. While walking home from the local dance academy with one of her brothers, she spotted a flyer advertising auditions on the board outside of class and was immediately interested in auditioning for Reflective Entertainment.

Fresh from overseas, Kokoro had a dream to make it big as an idol rockstar. With her acoustic guitar and a single microphone, she busked the streets of her hometown until she was approached by a talent scout looking for new recruits to audition for SC Entertainment. Though she wasn’t a gifted dancer, she was an incredibly fast learner with a good sense of rhythm. Hoping to succeed, she packed up her guitar and headed for LA for the audition.

Trained in hip hop and breakdancing from a young age, Yanmei had always been a sociable girl with high ambitions. With the help of her dance coach and single mother, she was able to fly overseas and further her dance training with multiple choreographers while at the same time learning to sing under a well-known vocal coach. After a few months of training, her singing teacher felt confident enough to help set up an audition with SC Entertainment.

Shy but extroverted, Li had been writing songs since the tender age of ten years old. Encouraged by her friends to share her gift, she began a video series after teaching herself to play piano and brought her songs to life. While seeking new talent to audition for SC, a talent scout had come across a viral video of hers and emailed Li to apply for the next round of auditions. Without hesitation (and telling her Mom and Dad), Li hopped on the next flight overseas to chase her dreams of becoming a famous idol and composer.

Meilin had raw talent from the beginning. After honing her skills over the years, she decided to pursue a career in singing and dancing. Her search brought her to the forefront of SC Entertainment’s training program. She studied diligently – day and night, week after week, hoping to become the next big IT girl.

Laura wasn’t the sharpest tool in the shed academically speaking. She had mediocre grades, good friends, and an uncanny talent for singing. While subconsciously singing one of her favorite songs from the radio back in high school, a classmate of hers had approached her and asked if she was interested in joining their band as the lead singer. Since then, she worked during weekdays and spent the nights and weekends practicing and performing with her band. Then, one day, a talent scout approached her and offered her the chance of a lifetime – to audition to be an idol trainee with Fortune Entertainment.

Haewon was a kind and creative young lady, beloved by all who approached her. Despite the constant attention, she stayed humble while spending her days practicing her violin and singing at her local church. When her pastor asked her if she had any interest in becoming an idol, she expressed deep hopes of one day succeeding that dream. That was when he decided to introduce her to a cousin of his, a dance coach who worked at Fortune Entertainment, leading her to audition to become a top idol.

Bora was a simple farm girl who spent her days working in the fields and singing to the goats she watched over. During a regular day off scrolling through her home computer, she decided to look into what it takes to become a top idol. Luckily, she had also come across an online advertisement for the next round of auditions at Fortune Entertainment. With her father’s blessing, she was able to fly into LA a week after with a small suitcase and an ambitious hope of passing the audition.

A young college student who was also part of a KPOP Dance Cover group. When one of the group’s videos went viral with her as the center, a talent scout reached out to her via social media and expressed their interest in having her audition to be an idol trainee. Although she wasn’t a strong singer, she agreed anyway while also promising to work with a vocal coach and help make her more stable as a singer.

Freshly graduated from high school, Iseul had no real idea what she wanted to do with her adult life. One day, her cousin suggested she audition for an idol training program on a whim since she knew Iseul was one of the best singers and piano players in their family. Taking her advice to heart, Iseul decided to look into available auditions and open trainee spots, stumbling upon Fortune Entertainment’s next round of auditions.

Rin is an energetic soul, she always has loved performing being in the schools musicals was her favorite part of school espically if it got her out of things, mainly tests, her and Yuka have been best friends since they we're babies and have been inseperable since. Rin and Yuka we're at the mall one day and saw flyers for auditions and thought "Hey, why not?" and signed up, then by some string of hope the two made it in.

Yuka, although a few months younger than Rin is the more senseable and mature of the pair. Yuka has interst in beauty and fashion and enjoys Rins presence, auditioning for Princess Entertainment was Yukas idea and they both got in because of their hard work.

A bright, playful, slightly scatterbrained performer. Having grown up in a tiny seaside town without much to do, she started her own shadow puppet theater for the neighboring kids and her 3 younger brothers. When not helping babysit, she spends most of her time in her school’s drama club, where she’s known for taking on comedic roles. While she wasn't the strongest singer or dancer, her natural stage presence and ability to connect with people inspired her to audition for IC Entertainment.

 A calm, practical, and dependable trainee. President of her high school’s student council and very used to organizing people and events, she has a tendency to do whatever’s necessary to create the outcome she wants. Much like her entry into IC Entertainment, her presidency started off as a small joke as her friends entered her into the ballot but after a year of success, the entire school decided to have her serve another year.

Creative and confident, she knows how important looks can be…sometimes she becomes rather picky about the small details if they aren’t perfect. Chaewon grew up in a rich neighborhood and has always had a strong interest in style and presentation, spending years following Paris Fashion Week online and convincing her parents to let her attend. She was very active in her school’s fashion club. She was scouted by IC Entertainment at one of the school fashion events and decided to try it out.

Level-headed and probably the most patient of the group, Soojin grew up surrounded by music. Her mom was an orchestra director and her dad a band director. Soojin fell in love with the viola at the age of 5 and got pulled into the choir program by her sister at the age of 10. She loves it, often humming randomly when she gets overwhelmed. If you ask her how she got into IC Entertainment, she’ll always credit her sister for getting her to audition.

Straightforward with extremely high expectations, Xia is NOT afraid to voice her opinions. Her parents got her into dance from a young age and she went competitive in middle school. By high school, everyone around her had already believed she would be on her way to becoming a lawyer. Xia didn’t have a clue what she wanted to do so she went with it until she saw a post from IC Entertainment. After a lot of back and forth with her parents, they finally decided to let her try it out…if it doesn’t work out, it’s back to law school.

Soft-spoken but quietly determined, Sana never expected to become an idol. Sure, she loved singing during school festivals and community performances, often doing dance covers with her friends. After a music teacher encouraged her to audition, Sana took a chance and joined Fresh Entertainment. Though she can be shy when meeting new people, she works hard behind the scenes and believes that steady effort will eventually outshine natural talent.

Bright and impossible to miss, Rosie was heavily involved in her school's media and broadcasting club, often serving as an emcee for assemblies and community events. Her outgoing nature makes her quick to make friends, though she sometimes worries that people only see her confidence and not the hard work behind it.

Thoughtful and hardworking, Miku grew up spending hours online watching virtual concerts and music videos.She became a Hatsune Miku fan from a young age, admiring how a digital singer could inspire so many people around the world. Though naturally shy, she fell in love with the idea of connecting with others through music. After years of participating in school music programs and local performances, Miku decided she wanted to create that same feeling of inspiration for others and auditioned for Fresh Entertainment.

Calm and observant, she’s used to helping out her parents during busy weekends, which taught her responsibility and how to stay calm under pressure. Outside of school, she dedicated herself to martial arts, eventually earning several regional competition awards. While she enjoyed competing, what she loved most was the confidence performing gave her. After discovering K-pop through dance covers online, she began taking vocal and dance lessons and quickly realized she wanted to pursue entertainment professionally, which led her to find Fresh Entertainment.

Passionate and sometimes a little hot-headed, Minato is often known as “Mimi’s little sister.” Minato spent many years in Mimi’s shadow, trying her best to find her own identity so that she can be recognized for her own merits. After years of watching Mimi perform, she eventually decides to join Dolphin Entertainment as well.

Naturally bright and charismatic, Miru has always loved being the center of attention which came with a tendency to be a little competitive. Growing up in a family that owned a small amusement park, she spent her weekends helping with children's events, costume shows, and seasonal performances. After years of dance classes and local talent competitions, she auditioned for Pink Entertainment and quickly became known for her ability to command attention without overshadowing her teammates

Energetic and fiercely determined, Minami grew up in a sports-loving family where she spent most of her childhood playing midfielder (soccer). She’s always the one who keeps morale high even when things go array. Although she loved sports, she found herself increasingly drawn to music and performance after volunteering at local festivals and school events. Encouraged by her teammates and friends, she auditioned for Pink Entertainment and discovered a new dream.

Calm and thoughtful, Sowon grew up in a rural farming community where everyone knew each other and helping your neighbors was simply part of daily life. While she enjoyed singing from a young age, she never seriously considered a career in entertainment until a music teacher encouraged her to audition after hearing her perform at a school event. Joining Pink Entertainment was one of the biggest risks she had ever taken, but she embraced it wholeheartedly.

Hana is the only trainee that was accepted from Cosmic Entertainment. A young adult from the east coast, she can come across as assertive and loud, but she’s really quite warm and friendly. Having trained since her first year of middle school, she’s hoping not just to improve her talents but to find kindred spirits with whom she can form a group.

Ena was originally planning on being a stage actress, when she was young her parents would take her to the theater all the time this led her to audition for many plays and get the roles. Having grown up in a small town Ena had made a small name for herself and basically became a local celebrity. When she graduated from high school she signed to ID Entertainment as an actress but ended up wanting to be an idol. Having watched a ton of idol anime and music shows she learned to put on a cute persona over her otherwise dead expression, this causes her to change to her persona a lot over time and has troubles breaking it around people she doesn’t fully trust.

Faye has never really known one home as both her parents had demanding jobs that required never staying in the same place for a long period of time, her mom was an actress and her dad was apart of the Military, this caused her family to move a lot, eventually, her family had settled down when Faye's younger brother was born. This is around the same time that she met Ena, her and Ena both signed to ID Entertainment right after graduation and knew they would be in this for a while.

 Misaki's a bit of an airheaded clutz, often a people pleaser and found with her head up in the clouds dreaming about her crushes on fictional characters. She is one of the few in her company who auditioned to be a model as she knew she would be too busy with school activities, but once summer vacation came around she asked the CEO if she could take a few singing and dancing lessons and he said yes, resulting in her going into being an idol.

Mai is a team player, always looking out for others, but sometimes she can come off as selfish as so many people do. When in elementary school Mai was on the volleyball team, this led to her becoming the team player that she is, of course she also played piano this is where she met Yui a skilled songstress who was training to be an idol, they teamed up and decided they were in this together.

Yui has had music apart of her life as long as she can remember, her older brother played guitar in their garage and she would always watch, he eventually left home to become a member of a band, this led Yui to be alone at times, so she asked her parents if she could take singing and piano lessons after school, this is where she met Mai and became the skilled songstress that she is, her music teacher, Miss.Oliva, recommended her to ID Entertainment, as her daughter was going to audition as well. Yui is a curious girl and always is ready to learn something new.

Yume can be quite a bubbly individual to the point of being a bit much, even behind the scenes. Rather than being scouted, her mother pushed her into trainee programs from a very young age. Yume loved it, though. Ever the people-person, she was the one who dared Yuna to join F.E. because she liked her aura.

Mizuki grew up in a rougher part of town and grew up with a survivor’s spirit. She was scouted during a neighborhood dance-off, and feels more alive when she’s able to move with a solid beat. However, she pushed herself to grow as a singer and won’t stop until she can be the best all around. While she gets along well with the rest of the F.E. crew, her independent nature allows her to feel comfortable even when paired with a member of a rival studio.

Mirae, a trainee at Future Entertainment since she was 11, has been working hard to prove herself as both a singer and dancer, favoring a more casual style over glamour. Having moved to the city in middle school, she happened to recognize Yuna from her elementary school days and extended an invitation for her to join the F.E. trainees at a karaoke bar. Among her crew, she is the most easygoing and often the peacemaker.

Yuna is the newest trainee at Future Entertainment, having signed up following a dare made while she and the other F.E. trainees were out singing karaoke. Originally from a small town up north, her only prior singing experiences were while listening to music on her earbuds and copying K-pop dance moves. Due to having a large family, her parents couldn’t afford to send her to a music academy. Still, she aspires to succeed and may well prove herself to be a natural talent.

While Ai aspires to be a great idol, she’s a bit more quiet and reserved than the rest of the F.E. crew. She enjoys singing as part of an ensemble, but dancing really isn’t her forte. Given the time and opportunity, she hopes to grow and adapt. She was scouted at a school choir practice, as she stood out as a singer, but her shy demeanor has caused her a bit of trouble with performing on stage.

Haru is a carefree, go with the flow, ready to do anything on a whim type of girl, she is always willing to work out problems and thinks communication is the best way to deal with anything, Haru got scouted randomly one day while out shopping in her local mall with her mom, somehow her and her mom both got accepted, Haru as a trainee and her mom as a photo editor and part time model, being pretty has it perks. Haru is willing to do what it takes for her to be successful and prove she was chosen for a reason other than her looks.

Himeko tends to be constantly anxious about being perfect, especially when it comes to impressing others or showing off her skills. When working with others her anxious aura tends to rub off on them, but she's working on it! Himeko used to sing in her school's choir with her younger sister, Hina, but she eventually graduated and Hina told her that she should be an idol, and Himeko agreed, because she would do anything for her little sister.

Hera is a self centered  girl with the mentality that she is better than everyone who crosses her path, often setting her “friends” up for failure in order to make herself look better in front of others. Hera lets her emotions control her which often leads to poor decisions being made.

Hinata is a shy girl who often lets others push her around,which leads her to have insecurities about herself. Hinata takes these insecurities and puts them into her training to be an idol, and it makes her into what people call a performer. Having grown up in a small village being the middle child between her older brother and younger sister, they would often watch music completion shows and have joked about signing up for one, but it wasn’t a joke to Hinata, she made it her personal goal. Hinata proceeded to audition for Poppin Candy Entertainment and made it in as the company's newest trainee.

Honaka always had a quiet confidence and a beautiful, clear singing voice that friends would beg her to share at gatherings. Though she initially focused on academic pursuits, her love for pop music eventually pulled her toward the stage. Rising Entertainment scouted her after she submitted a demo during one of their online talent searches, recognizing her potential for emotional, heartfelt performances. She brings a thoughtful and composed energy to the group. Honaka dreams of becoming an idol whose songs help listeners feel seen and understood. She hopes Idols:Rising will be the platform where her voice reaches the hearts of many fans.

A Rising Entertainment recruiter reached out after seeing her consistent dedication in those videos, impressed by her growth over time. Katie’s long journey has made her incredibly resilient and detail-oriented. She aspires to be a well-rounded idol known for both emotional depth in her singing and sharp choreography. In Idols Rising, she hopes to show that patience and perseverance can turn a longtime trainee into a shining star.

With minimal formal training, she relies on her raw charm, bubbly personality, and natural stage charisma to stand out. The label saw something special in her fresh, unpolished energy and decided to nurture her potential. Sayo is eager to learn everything she can from her more experienced teammates. She aspires to grow into a fun, relatable idol who brings smiles and light-hearted moments to her audience. Through Idols:Rising, she wants to prove that passion and a willingness to improve can shine just as brightly as years of training.

Marina is passionate about blending powerful choreography with meaningful lyrics. She aspires to be a versatile idol capable of delivering both high-energy performances and emotional ballads. In the contest, she aims to showcase her creativity and prove that idols can be complete artists.

Honomi dreams of becoming an idol who brings joy and positivity to fans while creating music that feels personal and uplifting. She sees Idols Rising as her chance to turn her admiration into reality.

Nari has always loved music and would perform her original songs as a street music performer, she loves to strum her guitar as much as she loves to live a life that feels true to her, she loves to change up her hair and try out different styles, but often feels fake when she does it especially if it doesn’t feel true to her. Growing up she worked at her parents coffee shop in order to pay for her younger brother's college tuition, since she knew she wasn’t going to go. Originally Nari planned to become a small indie artist or a music producer who could master all instruments, her brother was the one who told her she should become an idol because he knew her voice could make people feel deep emotions, and she knew that she would do anything to make her brother happy.

Lilith is a stubborn girl, she doesn’t work well with others. Lilith use to work at the local supermarket in her area and one day she was scrolling on social media during her break and saw that there was auditions being held for a survival show, Lilith never thought of being an idol, hence her being a producer in her spare time, but she knew that her supermarket job wasn’t going to last forever, so she auditioned and got accepted, she knew that this was going to be a challenge.

Seth is a new judge in the Idols Rising program, hired on a temporary contract. He is the brother of Samuel, a judge in the previous season who dated Sakura, a contestant, and made a mess of things. Despite having sworn to be different from his judge-turned-stalker brother, Seth quickly becomes romantically interested in Mimi, a fellow judge who, as Sakura's best friend and witness to the chaos, wants nothing to do with him.

Maribelle, who orginally planned on being an idol, but ended up being a stage actress and working in the opera house, now working as a judge when she isn't rehearsing or doing a show.
