Project Overview
The Icarus Initiative is an Audio-Play / Visual Novel based around 10 College Students that have a lack of either money, intellegence or over just attention span!
The 10 Teens ( College Students, Years vary ) Are given the option of either continueing their lives of poverty, lack of intelect or just bordem.
OR They can take upon the task of testing out a new sceintific discovery that is currently in beta for it's new products that are soon on their way to stores across the globe.
The product? Artaficial Intelegence! Each student is given the task of implanting these newfound, personality filled gadgets into their head and unto their brain!
Each A.I is equipped with technology far beyond what you'd believe! Controlling all sorts of wireless equipment along their own special traits!
but- as their testing begins they'll learn that the public isn't the only thing interested in what the kids have, but other companies as well!
Join the kids as they traverse the world of college with a newfound resident in their heads and an evil corperation painting a bullseye on their backs!

She's small, She's Cute, And she's absolutely terrified! She's Mei Hirona!
The youngest and smallest in height, Mei Hirona is the baby of the group. She's protected by not only her boyfriend bestie Gavin but whats basically her mom ; Miles and whats basically her ass kicking big sister ; Anora.
Mei is horrified of college and thus needs her friends to keep calm. She's been trying her best to keep up- however the little muffin can't run fast with her tiny body. She's part of the first group to receive AI and will be a large part of this series!
Tip ) Keep your voice as small and child like, with a reasonable amount of teenager.
Ignoring : “Anora said not to talk to upperclassmen like you, and I really don’t want to disappoint her.”
Worn down and panting, Running for her life : “No! Wait! Alke- Run the encryption on the sliding doors and see if you can get them open before we get there!”
Annoyed : “I’m actually a freshman in college, I’ll have you know!”

Phobos is often terrified of most things, but it tries it's best to stay calm.
Tip ) Keep the voice shakey, like you're in a constant state of panic.
Nervous ; "M-Maybe we should just leave now before anyone gets hurt!"
Horrified ; "We have to go! Now! Now! Now!"
Attempting to console ; "it's nothing to be ashamed of.. I'm always terrified.."

Caden is a law abiding, rule loving and top class student!
He's one of the oldest in his group and he trains in the study of law enforcement and criminal studies to hopefully one day become a world renouned detective.
He's very calm but can get hot-headed easily- however he does sympathise with those who wish to just simply let their anger out and will allow them to do so.
Tip ) Stay at a medium tone, it's rare that he dips into a deep tone.
In a rush : “I’m sorry- Professor, I’ve got to take off, I’ll see you next class!”
Keeping quiet : “Just stay close, be quiet and don’t attract any attention..”
Infuriated : “You have about 30 seconds to silence yourself or I'm going to shut you up.”

Gavin one of the youngest in the group of tests subjects next to Mei, being a freshman in college.
He may act a bit stupidly but he's one of the smartest, towering over the others with his studies in Biometrics and their effects on dysfunctional human life.
Gavin may act childish and stupid at times but he really does care about the others. He sees his group friends as a family and would do anything to stay with them as long as he can- being from a broken home.
Tip ) Keep the tone a High/Medium. He sounds very light hearted and excited.
Focused : “Gelos can you run the auto pump program in test subject 32?”
Sarcastically : “Guys come on! It was a little funny! Eh?.. Eh??"
Agitatedly Taunting : “Or what? you’ll pull my AI out?”

Alice was born kicking.. with her one leg.
Born with the defect of amelia ( missing limb ) she tries her best to get by with the prothsetic made by her friends after she joined the beta testing program, seeing as she didn't have the money for one beforehand.
A tough girl in a tough world, she studies in the medical side college in pharmaceutical studies, trying to find something to help children and women who are having trouble with birth defects.
Tip ) A high / medium tone is more or less the best fit for Alice.
Sarcastically Sad : “What’s wrong? Never seen a prosthetic leg before?”
Sadly : “Just because I was born broken, doesn’t mean I can’t be fixed..”
Annoyed “Hey Logo? is there a function in the prosthetic that involves my foot up his ass?”

Titaness of the "bright" intellect and prophecy, and consort of
She's partnered with Jason Ince.
A very smart intelectual who seems to enjoy just tagging along for adventures.
Tip ) Be kind, but talk condecendingly as though you seem better than most.
Lecturing ; "Well- had you not been running the blood pressure unit and instead run the muscle restriction release you may have stood a chance."
Confused ; "I'm sorry, you did call for the program 'Literary Expidation' did you not..?"

A decently strict, but more loving girl of the young group~!
Lily is a fun loving girl, however she was pushed into a college course she didn't enjoy by her parents- taking the course for architecture, however she wanted to take engineering. She tries her best not to fit the typical 'GIRL' lens covered, pink everything, overused persona that she hates so much.
She may hate everything thats labeled and stereotyped but she does end up getting a bit frilly at times, she has her problems trying to stay away from it though.
Tip ) The highest pitch / lightest tone is the best fit for Lily.
Disheartened : “This isn’t at all what was supposed to happen..”
Condescending : “Law abiding citizens get mercy, I have no promises for others..”
Sassy : “How about you stop failing English, then we’ll talk.”

Jason is the typical easily pissed and yet more silent than not Kid.
Next to Caden he's one of the oldest being a Junior in college and hopes to graduate with a degree in psycology.
Jason is the type of dude to speak his mind about something he hates or loves and often gets caught up in fights with Men and Women about their views of life itself when it comes to equality and such. He works at the Campus bar but doesn't work very often.
Tip ) Keep the medium tone but dip into the deep voice when yelling.
( Think Jean from AOT or Kittan from Gurren Lagann if you've seen them )
Agitated : “Just because you have the money to play, doesn’t mean you have the skill, so stop criticizing others for your failures!”
Criticising : “You really believe all that?! And what AI tricked you into thinking it’s true?”

Small, Short tempered, and a well versed boxer!
Anora is 3rd to last on the list of youngest, she gets very agitated very easily and will often go off, starting fights anywhere she wants! She watches over Mei with the eyes of a loving sister and an angry lion. She also studies in Linguistics and Cultural Communications so she can fight in other countries as well!
Although she gets mad, when brought up to a fact in which she can't get upset about- her usual first emotion following rage is dispair as she cries very rarely.
Tip ) Keeping a light tone and speaking aggressively helps a ton. Her pitch remains high
Eagerly Awaiting : “Pallas where’s that blood rush program that you were supposed to be running?!”
Pissed off : “I’m not small fuckboy! You’re just a long legged dipshit!”
Furious : “How about you take your hand off my ass before I shove it down your throat!”

He may not be the oldest but he's been labeled the group mom. ( even if he doesn't like the title )
Often teased for his caring nature and loving tone, he left for a year to take caren of his sister who's recovering from breast cancer, the only reason he took up the offer to be a test subject was because he needed money for her treatment.
Being the subconciously loving group mom, he often becomes very aggressive when the smaller group friends are being harassed or bulled. ( You woulnd't like momma when she's angry )
Tip ) Stick with a Medium / Deep tone and a lighter voice when speaking calmly.
Worried : “Leto, give me a visual on Mei? I need to be sure she made it back safe.”
Diffusing a hostile situation : “Don’t start fights just because you’re in the mood! I’m the one who patches you up after!”
Agitated / Calm : “No I didn’t bring food for everyone! Stop acting like I’m your mom! … Is anyone thirsty though? I brought waters...”
