I Need Another D20 (Need animator, artists, and a VA)
Project Overview
Hi Everyone,
This is a passion project I have been planning for a year now, and I figure it is time to start moving to the next step. I am in need of talents to assist in several areas of this show's initial production.
The show itself will be me as a DM and several of my friends in a new campaign setting I have created. The theme of the show (at least for the foreseeable future) will be a fantasy/scifi mix. I have been working very hard to create a re-skin of 5E rules to fit into a space setting, and have created new subclasses and backgrounds for this world. The show will be airing once per week and will be pre-recorded (though I don't plan on heavily editing it, I prefer shows that show the whole session like Critical Role). The show will be streamed on Twitch, and posted on youtube. However, it is important to note that this will all be in a while as I wish to finish building the world and planning my stories before starting to air the show. I am merely opening these positions so we can get a head start at it and create something super cool!
It is important to note that this is a passion project, and I don't have any immediate plans to make money off of it, and thus any work for this project will have to be entirely free (subject to change if for whatever reason the show becomes successful out of nowhere, which would be awesome). However, all work will be credited accordingly, this I can promise.
Now for the good stuff! I am looking to fill several positions for production of the show, some recurring, some one off. Feel free to apply for multiple if you want to, multi-talented people are awesome!
I will be in need of an animator to create an intro for the show (doesn't have to be super fancy obviously, but I want to at least have something), and a lore introduction to air before the first few episodes to introduce people to the world I have built.
I will be in need of an Artist and a Background artist for these animations, as well to create some character portraits for the characters in the show. This position might be ongoing if the artist is willing.
I will also need a Voice Actor for the lore intro for the show. I dabble in VA myself, but my voice is higher and very much not suited to what I envision for a narrator for this.
I look forward to seeing what you guys have to offer, and am very excited to work on this project with you guys. This has always been something I have wanted to do, and I would love to see this show go somewhere!

For this role I would like to have a deeper male voice in either a North American accent, or an english accent. Alternatively, I would like a female in an english accent in a calming, neutral tone (Think of the Lord of the Rings Intro). Creative liberties can also be taken, surprise me!
At first there was nothing but a void, an abyss populated by a single consciousness.
Madan, The First Being, God of the Void, spent centuries wandering the unending expanse, searching for another like him.
Eventually he became impatient, and created two beings in his image, the lovers, Vaya and Hexal.
Eventually she was successful, expelling power that shook even the unforgiving void, she created a son.
Heshal, God of Being.
He became known under another name though, one that sent chills down the spine of even the most steadfast.
Heshal, the Deathbringer.
Some believe he is merely biding his time, and regaining his strength to come back and finish his task.
Myka vanished with the rest of the gods, though none know if she fled or was slain by her son.
The universe has been left godless, ruled only by the faint forces left behind, and the deserter gods which lurk in the deep places of the void.
Or so we thought….
Responsible for helping the animator create the show intro animation, as well as the show lore intro animation. You will also be responsible for creating art of our player characters for character portraits used in the show, and in the intro animation. You may be asked to return and work on other projects with the show as well if you are willing.
