Project Overview
[CLOSED]
"I'll just keep on smiling", Is a gacha mini-movie about Abby Downs who is brought into a new school and is very badly depressed. Her dad is an alcoholic and forces his wife and child to be "Perfect". Everyone at school makes fun of her because they think that she fakes depression and just wants attention. Well, Except for one person, Her friend, Serene, Believes she actually has depression And does everything she can to help.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A Good Sounding Mic (Must sound good in your audition and recordings. If you are ordering a microphone wait for it to arrive before recording auditions.)
- 13+ ( We will use discord once roles are final. )
- If auditioning for Abby, You must sing. (Halfway through she will sing a song, Include any song you want at the end so I know how you sing. I have a list of songs in mind. )
- Have fun? (I don't know how to make rules d:)
WHAT WILL BE IN THE FINAL PRODUCT:
- Some animation (still new to live2d and I'm only animating the song)
- Somewhat bad words ( such as "Hell" Or "Piss". These aren't bad words in my opinion, But to some people they are.)
- Blood (She does NOT kill herself in the end, She doesn't cut herself, But there will be a dead character by the end and it will show their corpse.)
- Some twists and turns
- Something good? (hopefully lol)

The characters are going to change the tiniest bit for a reason that's a little hard to explain. It won't bring the movie any more back from being published, but it is kinda annoying for me ;>;

Abby downs is a depressed high school student. After moving to her father's work, She meets all kinds of people, Good and bad.
- Must be able to sing confidently! If you sound like wanting to cry of embarrassment in your recording I might not pick you!
- 13 - 19 years old please, She is a minor.
- Must be able to fake cry into a microphone!

Serene Garcia is the BFF of Abby. She doesn't have a hard time speaking her mind. But, Once you get to know her, she's really nothing unusual.
- Must be able to be very animated in voice recordings
- This character will have quite a lot of voice recordings. If you don't have the storage consider someone else.

Teresa Downs is the mother of Abby and wife of William. Although she doesn't like her husband, She feels as if she can't leave him.

- She won't swear, But she will say things like "Alcohol" Or "Drunk"
- You can be any age as long as you sound like a mom. (13+ still)
"I'm afraid its not that easy.."
