I Built Myself A Waifu (A Visual Novel Project)
Project Overview
"Ren Shinohara fancies himself an expert at robotics. His skills are a marvel, but his projects rarely turn out the way he originally intended. Out of boredom and desire, he decides to build himself the perfect girl but where will this new endeavor lead him?"
This project is still in pre-production
I'm working with another writer in creating stories. Our first full project is the creation and publication of an episodic visual novel. The project is still in pre-production, and more roles will be added as we need them.
Here's a few of the roles we currently need filled:
Writer/Editor : While we have drafted a story, more needs to be fleshed out and we have minimal experience in writing visual novels. A writer with prior experience in VN storyline and dialogue pacing/layout is a plus, and greatly preferred. Your role will primarily be to add to existing story beats and dialogue, as a support to the current writers. Your suggestions will also be welcomed and taken into consideration.
Background Artist : We currently have a lead character designer and as such require a background artist that can match the art style of their concept work to the best of their ability. Your role will primarily be creating the backgrounds and scenes used in various parts of the VN. The work will vary with the direction of the writers as the project comes to fruition.
Pay for all roles is negotiable.
