Project Overview

What is Hytavern?

Hytavern is a character-based competitive server in Hytale with a variety of fun gamemodes for you to choose from. You can fight against players in other guilds, or work together to take on difficult dungeons where you can fight bosses, solve puzzles, and defeat unique enemies to unlock new content for your characters. Each character has a different story, weapon set, and abilities, and will play a different role in each gamemode. We highly encourage team-play, but there will always be solo options for players who want all the loot to themselves!

Compete with your guild to rank up and reach the top of the leaderboards to receive awesome rewards! 

The project is co-managed by TechSpectrum and Tic, who have been working on Hytavern since it was a mere idea, and have transformed it into what it is today with the help of a creative and experienced team of developers and artists. Hytavern is currently in pre-development but will begin work upon the release of Hytale.


Who are we looking for?

We are seeking passionate, dedicated, respectful developers (roles below) that exert the maximum effort in their roles. Each role is vital to the project, & time is of the essence. Having full-time employees will be crucial to the future success of Hytavern. 

In addition to the above qualities, we expect 100% quality, on-time work & require that all employed are 16+, no exceptions. Discord is a must-have.


Deadlines?

The deadline listed on this casting call is not definite, meaning you may still apply even after the date if the roles haven't been taken. 

Deadlines for work are flexible as long as there's a valid reason involved.


Payment?

The payment amount is not final. Paid amounts listed here are merely the starting price. It is recommended you have PayPal.


I came from a Discord server. How can I apply without a CCC account?

It is recommended to apply with a CCC account. However, you may submit your application in our Discord server. Look to #jobs channel on the process.

  • Casting Call for Minecraft roleplay

    Hello! I promised you all that I would get back to you with some casting calls & I have one. An acquaintance of mine is hosting their first Minecraft roleplay with two other people & they need some help in the art, video editing, writing, & skin-making department for now.   • Put on hold

    Hello everyone! Thank you for applying. Unfortunately, all roles have been put on hold by Tic & he says Hytavern does not need them at the moment. In other words, this CCC has been shut down. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask me. To be honest, this decision has confused me as well, so I might not be able to answer them fully but do try to ask. Fortunately, I'm involved in some other projects that deviate from Hytavern. If you're interested & there's a position open in the future, let me know. I really appreciate you for taking the time & effort that y'all have put in your auditions. Good luck with your endeavors!

  • Deadline update

    Since some members of the team are working on another project, VA will not be chosen as of now. I've decided to push back the deadline for another month to increase our application pool & give the opportunity to those that haven't applied already. As for all of you that applied, thank you for your audition & your patience! I will keep you updated as to what's going on!

  • Clarification on Roles

    Hello there! I just want to clarify what's going on, since many of you are asking questions. The roles of writer & concept artist have been taken. Other roles besides Coda & Motion designer have been closed for now. There have been no applications for the role of motion designer. If you or if you know someone that knows how to use After Effects very well, especially with transitions, I encourage you or any others to apply, as they are needed. As for Coda, we're still open for auditions. Keep 'em coming! As long as you've submitted your audition on here, we'll consider you. For all of you who applied so far, thank you for doing so!
