A stoic and strong but yet sincere and concerned pirate voice would be perfect....or any pirate voice! Go for it, Russell actor!
[shocked and taken aback tone] I know where he is.....I saw it...
[informative but yet defeated tone; hushed] Because someone's backing him up...
[concerned and dejected tone] So, what will you do?
He's very much a "ur 2 stupad" stereotype, so try and make him like Edd from Edd Ed and Eddy, my Lumpy actor! The one on the left is Lumpy.
[confused] Huh? What are you talking about?
[triumphant] Huh huh! I know exactly what to do!
[excited] And then we get to capture the purple menace and eat him alive and--- [someone says no] Aw....Such a disappointing turn of events! Oh well, I suppose we can do this.......with no fainting~
She should have a REALLY tender and gentle voice! I think she'd sound like the mom of Riley from Inside Out <3
[annoyed and motherly instinct voice] Look at what you boys did! Now this room is a mess. Clean! Clean it up!
[starting to panic tone] Mud...? Dirt....? And it's all over my FLOOR? [VERY panicked tone] GET IT OUT! GET IT OUT! GET IT OUT! [shrieking as she runs to get cleaner]
[taken aback and defeated tone] You....you got blood all over my roof.... How could you? You know I keep that roof clean, and now you've dirtied it!
I know he does NOT talk in the canon, but make him clownish! Maybe Pennywise or Ronald McDonald? It's all fair game, Mime actor!
[well-kept and calm tone] I will not disclose why I haven't spoken, Handy...
[panicked and terrified tone] He's flipping! Run, run for everyone's lives!
[panting, sharp breaths and raspy/out of breath tone] No....can't die....Not now! Not now! S...Someone 'fix' him.... [a thud would do, if you wanna go the extra mile! maybe a thud on your desk to signify that he fell?]
A very nurturing and soft/gentle voice would be great, Giggles actor!
[disgusted tone] UGH! You're STILL hitting on me, Disco? Why must you plague me with your horrid breath and terrible pick up lines?
[gentle and soft, comforting tone] Oh, Flippy.....She left you? For who? [dark tone] So she left for the blue bastard, HUH? Well, let's see where THAT gets her then! [soft tone once again] Just stay here with me until you get better, Flippy...
[furious and flustered tone] How DARE you? Flippy's in TEARS because of you, blue bastard! [regretful, hushed and quiet tone] Oh...He abused you? I'm so sorry, baby.... Come stay with me.... Flippy's gone, and.....I love you...
A gentle and passionate voice with a tint of caring to it would be perfect!
[caring and loving tone] How're you boys doing so far? Is the food good? [thrilled tone] Great..... Exactly what I was expecting! I worked hard on it!
[annoyed and starting to get pissy tone] Why do these damn chicks have to be EVERYWHERE I GO?!
[shocked tone] Splendid, I....I didn't know you wanted me! [soft and lovestruck tone] Of course I'll be yours!
Flip seems to be well kept in the show, so for you, Flippy actor, you may either try a coarse and tough military voice or a gentle and welcoming voice!
[domineering and pissed off tone] "Get DOWN! You're going to be loyal or you'll perish!
[heart broken tone] I-I can't believe you cheated on me...
[panicky and desperate tone] Tell me where!
Could you attempt Iron Man mixed with Captain America mixed with Antman mixed with Superman? Basically, can you make him all superheroish sounding? I had to ask, Splendid actor! Explore with this one!
[nervous and dismissing] Well, that just happened! Aha....I'm just gonna---- yeaaaahh---
[pissed and confrontational tone; defensive tone] Flippy, you know damn well that I would NEVER kill anybody by intention.....And yet, you're accusing me... How about you, huh? Mr.PTSD, with all your guns n' shit... And you kill more allies than I do in a week! How are you MORE of a hero than I?

He probably has a disco/80s-90s era voice. And with a silky and flirty tone when in love, Disco Bear can still be dramatic and dark when he wishes! Have fun with it, Disco actor!
[panicky tone] You're joking....right? RIGHT?

[panicky and crazy tone; accusatory tone] I-It was Toothy! He did this! Blame THAT bastard!
Rough and carpenter like tone, but yet sometimes soft and passionate tone! [I imagine him sounding like Top Cat ... ] Have fun, Handy actor!
[Annoyed tone; pissy and jealous-like tone] You're really startin' to ruin this for me...
[shocked and appauled tone] How can you say that so casually? This is SERIOUS! This is life or DEATH!
[dismissive and amused tone] Alright, kid... Whaddya want?
[Toothy is the one to the right, and cuddles is the one to the left. this one is for Tooth, with the three freckles and ear muffs.] I imagine him having like a young baseball kid voice, maybe one of the players that are from New York, or a New York/ south voice? Enjoy, Toothy actor!
[unsure and skeptical tone] You sure this is going to work? It might backfire, and then we might die, and then my ghost will haunt you forever.... You don't want my spirit to nag you about how you didn't brush, or how you left the toilet seat up..... do you?

Shifty[one with hat] is usually deeper, sounding coarse... He can be stern!
Lifty[without] is usually more playful and lighter-sounding! He is VERY mischievious!

[the blue haired person to the left!] I would imagine him sounding like any sciency stereotype that you've ever seen in cartoons! Perhaps Dexter from Dexter's Laboratory?
[nervous and jittery tone] T-That's against the nature of science! In fact, i-it's against the very logic of it! It's off the charts! I won't invent this, Pop....[suddenly dark tone] Cub can wait...
[frightened and terrified tone] These emotional disasters keep reoccuring! [to Toothy; in a anxious and flighty tone] Oh dear.... Toothy has gone... [as he is chasing Tooth, some panting] C-Come back, Toothy! haah....hahh...
[defeated and worn out tone] I can't go through with it....This invention will be the end of me...! Imagine the chaos it will create, and the dreams it will shatter! I can not allow myself to make this, Toothy....I am sorry, but I must decline...[curious and perky tone] Surely you understand my reasoning?
