House of X (X-Men) Comic Dub - Round 5 Casting
Project Overview
Hi Everyone!
This project will be a comic dub of the House of X/Dawn of X series. I would like to continue this series throughout the Dawn of X run so I ask that if you audition, you are interested in a long term project! These comic dubs will be uploaded to youtube.
Due to the need of many characters throughout the series, I am casting now for the 4th and 5th issue of the Powers of X. Description of the 4th issue below:
In the early days of the X-Men, Professor X and Moira McTaggert visit Magneto on his island base in the Bermuda Triangle. Xavier has come to mend fences with Magneto, and despite initially mistrusting him, Magneto agrees to open his mind to them. Moira reveals her true nature to him, giving Magneto a glimpse into her previous lives. Seeing the many ways in which he has failed, Magneto agrees to Xavier and Moira's proposal; a long-term plan to guarantee the future of mutantkind.
In the present, Magneto and Xavier show Cyclops the plans to the Mother Mold, a Master Mold that creates other Master Molds. They believe that the Mother Mold will usher in a new generation of Sentinels and that this is when Nimrod emerges. They order a strike on the Mother Mold, which is on a station orbiting the sun, and Cyclops leaves to assemble a team.
100 years in the future, a Cardinal and Rasputin return successful from their mission, having retrieved an indexing machine which will allow them to know the location of key machine intel. Krakoa manages to successfully de-crypt the index, revealing the location. War points out that the information is useless, since they would have to hold off the Sentinels in order to access the interface, which would in turn be a suicide mission, but Apocalypse assures them that they will succeed, as he will personally lead them.
1000 years in the future, the Librarian and Nimrod have been successful in their plan. In order to prove their value to the higher civilizations in the universe, they create a collective intelligence called the Nimbus, which transforms Nibiru into a Worldmind. The Worldmind is found by the Phalanx who successfully consume it and come to Earth to find its creators. They ask them what it is they seek, and they answer "ascension," wishing to be absorbed into the Phalanx collective.

The Phalanx are an alien race, who were thought to be an offshoot of the Technarchy, bent on conquering worlds. It is a techno-organic race which had been captured by the Kree Empire, along with other hive species, to weaponize them and use them against rival empires. They were deemed a failure by the Black Judges due to their advanced adaptivity. The Phalanx has assimilated the technology of 100,000 worlds and slaughtered 200,000 races. The Phalanx have existed for 100,000 life cycles and have the collective knowledge of previous generations. When the Phalanx conquer a world, they infect the population and feed off the world until all sources of nutrition and power are gone. Their ultimate goal is to consume the whole universe.

Monet St. Croix was the second child of a rich and eccentric father, Ambassador Cartier St. Croix, a Monégasque wealthy former president of several corporations, and his wife Jamila St. Croix, a descendant of Algerian royalty. She grew up with an older brother, Marius, and two younger twin sisters, Claudette and Nicole. Monet became her father's favorite child. When his mutant gifts manifested, Marius was overcome by his hunger for the genetic marrow of mutants and killed his mother. Cartier kicked his son out. Marius traveled in different dimensions, growing in power, and returned to offer Monet a place at his side, so that they might conquer dimensions together. Monet scornfully rejected him, however, and fed up with her high-handed attitude towards him, Marius magically trapped her in the form of a mute creature with razor-sharp, diamond-hard red skin: Penance.
Monet St. Croix is a mutant with a wide variety of powers at superhuman levels and representing a near-perfect human being.

Who knows, maybe they find something we haven't
Kurt Wagner is a demonic-looking mutant with teleporting abilities, being known as the soft-hearted X-Man Nightcrawler. As the child of the terrorist Mystique and the Neyaphem leader Azazel, he was abandoned after birth in the Bavarian Alps. Found and raised by the Romani witch Margali Szardos, he lived a happy childhood despite his devilish appearance, performing as a trapeze artist in the carnival alongside his adoptive siblings Jimaine and Stefan. After Stefan became a vile mass-murderer in Winzeldorf, Kurt unintentionally executed his own brother. Their conflict caught the attention of a mob, who believed Kurt to be a murderous demon and decided to hunt and lynch him. Kurt was ultimately saved by Professor Charles Xavier of the X-Men, who invited him to join the super hero mutant group under the name Nightcrawler.
Nightcrawler has become one of the most respected and beloved members of the X-Men, due to his charming attitude and kind soul

After her older brother Sam's mutant powers manifested and he joined the New Mutants, Paige tried many things to discover whether she was also a mutant, but became frustrated after many failures. Venting her anger, Paige finally found that her power was to shed her skin.
At some point, Paige was invited to the Mutant nation of Krakoa, created by Charles Xavier, Magneto, and Moira X. While there, she joined Cyclops' team on a mission to destroy Mother Mold before the creation of Nimrod. The whole team was killed, but not before they managed to destroy Mothermold.
Paige is presented as an overachieving and driven young woman.
